    Way to go, Woodsman! I still need to put my PID together. I bought the SSD, and some components, but need the Termocouple, simple switches and wiring, and lastly the kit-box. Time to re-watch that build video by Johnny's Reloading Bench :)

      Cheers Adam. What's the stuff you use on your shot makers ramp. We have a job getting jack over this side of the pond. Also mate if you don't mind me asking how wide is the ramp on the Oasis

      @@woodsman2433 So sorry for the late reply, Woodsman! I use a graphite spray; much like a paint. I found this at HomeDepot, but I was considering trying the copper grease as you showed. I found that at an auto-parts supply store. I've only run the oasis shot maker twice since getting started with this; I bought a new home and had to uproot all my projects and re-organize my shop/house/reloading life! I'll get you that dimension for the lip ASAP; I just don't have it accessible just now.

      Woodsman, the ramp on my ladle is 6.5 inches wide by 1 inch deep. I hope that’s useful to you

      Copper grease from auto motive supplies, or alternatively soap stone or french chalk works well to

    What temperature is the coolent, and what height from tip of ramp to coolent?

      Keep your coolant at 40 degrees C. Assuming your coolant is fabric conditioner, and the edge of the ramp needs to be almost touching the coolant and at very max no more than 5mm away

    What tool was that to purge the drippers I have to start making my own shot the only problem is I have to buy the lead I can’t find it for free so I’m wondering if it’s worth it what are your thoughts thank you

      If you can get scrap lead then its more than worth it you will have to buy Antimony. I am currently making lead shot for around £5 for 10 Kilos that includes my Antimony, Tin and Electric

      @@GoldCountryTrapping The unit in the video has two elements, the smaller one is 1000w the larger is 1500w. Have you watched y latest video on building a shot maker give it a look

      @@woodsman2433 Yeah, I did watch it. Probably a little beyond my electrical comfort zone. Its not easy to find a 1500w element here for some reason.
      I think I might be better off going with propane to ensure I have the heat required. No problems with your ladle on propane?

      @@GoldCountryTrapping No problem using a gas burner, just try and keep your lead from going above 700 degrees, thats when you will start to get problems like popping shot and disformed shot

      @@woodsman2433 I have a setup vertuly same as you,but coolent diluted quite a lot with conditioner ,quarter of inch drop coolant 12 inches deep,water temp,40c,lead temp ?.

      @@ronboult8947 Hi Ron, the coolant I use is very thin to start with (cheap brand). Lead temperature 350 Celsius (680 Fahrenheit max). Ramp is pretty much touching the coolant

    Are you using steal or Ali drippers

      These are Steel Drippers, last longer, less easily damages and the flow of lead dose not enlarge the dripper hole size after time, cost more to make though, bugger to drill
