i know it might sound weird but you're actually supposed to use mouthwash before you brush. mouthwash does exactly what it sounds like, it'll remove all the protective chemicals that your toothpaste leaves. that includes fluoride!

ahh thank you boo!! also periods can be so weird like that, lots of things can effect it! like exercising, weight gain/loss, stress, birth control, diet. maybe it's one of those?

Great hack! Put a towel both under an over your sheet. The towel tends to move over the night so if it’s under the sheet it will stay still😁

Fetal position works great for cramps!!! Thats how i sleep on my period and its great
I’m going to try the fetal position in the next week or so 💕I normally sleep on my stomach or my back to help with my cramps but now I know not to do that

My biggest period tip for night time is wearing the always zzz period underwear. For daytime use I like the always infinity flex foam pads there thin. The absorbent holes it has, pulls the blood away from your body and keeps you dry.

Story time!
I was at school today and we were having our school pictures! I was eating tomatoes in the lunchroom when I bit into one and it squirted everywhere . It took me a while to realize it got on my skirt in a not so convenient spot.I was able to turn my skirt around and put a jacket around my waist. I somehow ended up without my jacket on my waist and now I know why people where staring at me. Now all of my school pictures have what looks like a period stain. Great! Gotta love that!

I don't have my period yet, but my night routine is similar to yours (except that I don't take a shower, take one in the morning). I go into the bathroom and floss, and brush my teeth. I also use mouthwash after! Then I wash my face and read until I fall asleep. I also keep a glass of water by my bedside!

my night routine is to come home let my dog out & feed him. then i will eat some dinner. (most of the time i’ll just eat some watermelon or yogurt before bed) then i will chill for awhile, after that i will shower, brush my teeth, then wash my face. after that i take melatonin and fall asleep. my period tip is to use rice bags if you don’t feel like buying a heating pad. (i sew and hand make them) and that’s it! have a great day.
I love reusable pads but honestly I’ve been using reusable period underwear for longer than a year and it is the best decision I’ve ever made. It works the exact same except period undies are just easier and can last for a whole 24 hours

Hiii so I don't expect Sharon to see this but I know that most people in this comment section will be comfortable talking about this so I was wondering if anyone has good tips for back cramps? I tend to get cramps in my lower back more than my abdominal area when I'm on my period and people generally talk about treating stomach cramps so yeah that's my question. My tip when it comes to that day is make a little. Kit and also you can hide like a little kid in one of your bathrooms at your school and then I can like make your period better like I could do that like there's like little white bins at my school and I could put some period products in there to help people ❤️
