I just received my Barton 22mm gray and black Cordura Hybrid for my GWG-1000-1AJF Mudmaster. I love this strap. (3/23/21)
I purchased a Hirsch Robby Sailcloth in orange for my Sky Cockpit Orange(GW-3000B-1AJF) G-shock and I love that strap, but something cheaper would be great. Here comes Barton to meet that challenge.
Being a Barton fan, when I saw this a few days back, it was immediately purchased. I originally had a Barton tan canvas strap, but it faded. I also used a Barton Sailcloth for a while, but their first run had some fraying issues and the strap kind of fails in my opinion.
This Hybrid is sharp looking, feels great and is a great inexpensive alternative to my Hirsch strap. Let's hope it holds up!

I have a few elite silicone straps from Bartons and I have ordered this cordura strap about 5 weeks ago, I’m in Australia so the shipping takes far too long, exited to receive this!
It will be well worth the wait! Wish I ordered a second color the first time around.

Great review, everything I was looking to find out! Seriously considering one of these in 22mm for the Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch I have coming! Just can't really decide on a color. Watch is black stainless so any will look good. Have had an Elite silicone band from Barton on my current one and I really like the quality. Also, have you seen any problems with dirt and gunk getting stuck in the fabric weave at all, or if so is it easy to clean?
Its been really durable and is super easy to clean.

Have you noticed that these kinda damage lug holes? The lug holes on all the watches I used this strap on look enlarged and chewed up.
I haven't had any issues with chewed up lug holes. I get little scratched from frequent changes but nothing structural.
what? the point of a cordura strap is to have the cordura on your skin, not the plastic/silicone itchy stuff. Why would you go the trouble of making a cordura strap and then ruining it by sticking it to plastic??
The silicone underside is soft and in no way itchy. I think the point is to make a cordura strap more comfortable when you/it are wet
Cordura straps soaks sweat and gets smelly.
