I have a question. With the wiper blade node, how close does it need to be to the pane locator node? As i have tried some different spacing but still wont remove the water... when working with curved glass do the nodes have to follow to curve of the glass or do the only rotate on a flat path that holds a consistant distance from the pane locator, any help would be appreciated :)
@@Halffastgaming so the distance between the wiper blade nodes and the glass pane locator is not the concern, just the way the nodes are positioned and orientated axes-wise?

Sorry but just another quick question, the project that im working on involves having the wiper rotate from left to right when view in the cab, does that mean the wiper blade nodes need to be the reverse of what the standard ones are on the x axis direction (that would put the y axis pointing down) eg. The reverse orientaion of the t680 wipers from scs?

Very new to trying to understand how to edit trucks mods, I have downloaded a truck model that already works in game, however the rear turn signals do not work for some reason, they are just brake lights. I have loaded the truck up in blender and it appears the rear lights are a single unit/object. How would I tell the game that they are turn signals? I have two rear lights and 2 rear reflectors that are currently just acting like brake lights.
You need two things (technically). A lightmask with blinkers and flares that are blinkers. I've covered lightmasking a number of times on the channel. The cheap way out is to duplicate the brake flares and change the duplicated flare nose to a blinker flare. Repeat on the other side.
@@rollinglanes I know but the game is attempting to emulate real lights in real life. I've never edited them to be brighter than they would be. Not really interested in that since they would also then be super bright at night.

The removal is based on the direction of the node and the data in the glass.sui

I did all of them, but when I turn on the wiper in the game, it kicks it out of the game

Read the log first. Find out what the issues are
review the game log file you can open it with notepad ++ and from there go to the def file where the pmd is programmed to run
