Testing the new vibrating screen with tracks

Am vergangenen Wochenende haben wir zum ersten Mal den Prototyp unseres neuesten Produktes in Aktion getestet.
Dabei handelt es sich um unser bekanntes Rüttelsieb allerdings nicht mit dem Abrollrahmen um es auf ein Abrollkipper aufzuziehen, sondern mit einem Kettenfahrwerk um es eigenständig auf der Baustelle zu bewegen und für den Transport auf einen passenden Tieflader verladen zu können.
Ergänzt werden kann das Rüttelsieb mit dem Kettenfahrwerk noch durch ein Räumschild um leichte Planierarbeiten am Aufstellort durchzuführen, sowie um das ausgesiebte Überkorn zu verteilen.
Der Testlauf ist gelungen und wir können nun daran arbeiten alle Komponenten serienreif zu machen. Sobald das alles erledigt ist werden wir weitere Infos und den Preis veröffentlichen.

Over the weekend we tested the prototype of our latest product in action for the first time.
This is our well-known vibrating screen, however, not with the roll-off frame so that it can be mounted on a roll-off tipper, but with a crawler chassis so that it can be moved independently on the construction site and loaded onto a suitable low-loader for transport.
The vibrating screen with the tracked chassis can be supplemented with a clearing blade in order to carry out light leveling work at the installation site and to distribute the screened out oversize grain.
The test run was successful and we can now work on getting all components ready for series production. As soon as this is all done we will publish more information and the price.
