Your charm can be better. Same stats, same perk but add in blessed strikes, it will allow you to be aggressive if you need to be in the middle of a fight. Attacks while class ability is active heal you

Great build got it full max to 120 on all items also, you can even get the build even better when you get the water katana 120 because you can add the chance flame perk with is also a good thing
I can't bind forbidden medicine to my samurai, says only ronin even with samurai unlock for mastery. therefore I can't get it above 110. Are you saying you did somehow?
You get more damage from Hachiman's by using the 5 hits perk and a couple of "increased ultimate dmg" effects. 2×300% dmg = equivalent of 6 ult hits. 2×20% ult dmg effects applied to EACH OF THE 5 HITS of Hachiman's fury = an additional 200% potential dmg (equivalent of 7 hits). Basically, provided you get at least close to 20% ult dmg on two effects (aim for at least 19% when reforging) the 5 hit Hachiman's can do just under 120% more damage in total.
I agree with you on that equals more output, BUT I dislike the ending animation of the 5 strike so much, that has gotten me killed randomly more then I like lol

Both the assassin and samurai ults are good at taking out a pack of enemies pre weakened with bombs, or melting a single target, like iyo in the raid. I guess it's just fine if you are cautious about when you use it.
@@Laifulessone I have tested both and the 5 hits seems more consistent for damage, which might be mostly because I run the masamune's edge, and the 20% chance of double dmg applies to each hit of the ult, so more chances of it landing when you're throwing out 5 hits. Also, I'd rather take out 5 pre weakened enemies on a defensive point than just 2.

My build is almost the same. Having the forbidden medicine is a game changer for the samurai. One man army. That’s why you see a lot of samurai in rivals.

@@pennywise1682 they still have hwachas in Nightmare, they just had them last week, week before was eye of Iyo. Not sure what it is this week, because I've been working on my 120 ki and Mastery Challenges. I did play a couple of rounds of Nightmare Survival this week and Disciples of Iyo were in every area, that's all I remember. Also, wave one had White Haired Oni, wave one. Way more Oni in general. The regular team I played with in Nightmare got our asses handed to us, where before, we could beat Nightmare Survival no problem. I think Nightmare is way harder now, but I'm just talking since the update Friday. Before that, yeah, it wasn't too bad. Of course I haven't played since getting my Samurai to 120 ki and rolling the 2nd perk on everything. It might be way easier that way.

I have mainly played as Samurai and Assassin, never seen a concussion grenade drop, do I need to play as Ronin to get Bombs to drop? 🤔 But super impressive build, I've seen other samurai in rival mode and survival with similar builds and crazy concussion bombs, I definitely am interested in using more Way of the Flame and fire builds when I get more consistent gear for it, I love fire in this game because you can still damage targets even if they block :p
This is a really bad version of the Raging Flame build. Samurai Charm with Super Armor and Blessed Strikes is mandatory to become unstoppable. Healing Gourd is much better than Smoke Bomb because of the rolls you can get on it. Critical hits are a waste of time due to the long animation. If you built right, you would have your ult much more often. Also, Hachiman's Rage is worse than the 5 hit version. Simple maths.
Next build is like that. I didn’t get the gourd for this video. Next samurai video you will see gourd and blessed strikes plus all the ability reduction good stuff 👍
Stop lying to the people you don’t even need way of the flame if you have raging flame. The raging flame is OP already all you need is some status effect damage on Forbidden medicine
Next build will be this one and improved on with blessed strikes etc. One step at a time guys lol I can’t grind that fast and make tutorials all at once 😂

Forbidden medicine with blast radius and status effect damage With black powder bombs. Defences charm with IRG with 23% and resolve gain at 9.9% combat regeneration and health increase. Sticky bomb with cooldown on kill and blast radius with increased radius with fired up. Healing gourd IRG at 24.9% And Damage reduction at 9.7% with strong brew and lucky
I play with you right now lol send PSN. I do try my best to play with subs just each session can go a few hours hard to get everyone What you are complaining about tho is fair, I need to develop a better schedule in regards to playing with subs. Maybe need a set date plus a stream schedule.
Always happy to learn different approaches, what would you recommend for a rivals friendly setting then ? I have a few subs who do have samurai builds with more damage output, but I find the healing bomb element useful for rivals.

Yeah Sugaru's Sight is sick, I was using it until I get Forbidden Medicine maxed out. It's a badass Legendary Bow, and I rarely use a bow in Legends.

You need to re roll the bottom suffix (yellow) Perk to Samurai, you can still use ronin and samurai with binded Medicine
Its a good build but I rather use blessed strikes instead of the heal bombs.

I have a fire build on my Samurai and it wrecks entire areas alone in survival.

Thanks to today's patch. all the builds we've made are junk. Liquid courage is useless now. Instead of 1-3 resolve is 1-2. Which is pointless.

Bro, this build is kinda bad, like really bad, no offence, but you can do way more damage than this. Going all in Fire damage is not great in reality.

I have a fire Samurai Build and I fuck shit up with it. It's not this exact build but my Samurai is a beast. I suppose we can agree to disagree.
