- please gyve some advice to improve this first concept.
dont use the stove to many hours.
fumes can kill you.
open a window sometimes.
dont use in nigh.
follow safety rules as all indoor alchool stoves.

Hi guys, today I'll show you step by step how to build at home, recycling as much as possible all the objects we have around. In this case I decided to build a bio ethanol stove so it's very easy to find around the smell.
The main body of the stove is simply composed of an old gas cylinder which I filled with water to the brim a couple of times in order to completely eliminate the flammable gas present inside it to work even further in total safety or decisively to carry out the cut still with the water present inside the cylinder
Once you have made the first porthole of the stove or therefore thought about building a door in this case by recycling an old spotlight, I found this spotlight in the landfill, in fact it has glass that resists this heat and a metal part with a rounded design
At this point I proceeded to create the chimney of the actual stove made with a stainless steel pipe obtained from an old piece of furniture
I decided to place the flue slightly centered inside the stove itself and not as is usually done with the end of the flue which takes smoke only from the upper end of the Stwo
In order to guarantee a stagnation of very hot air inside the body of the stove itself
This step is important because the heat accumulated on the walls of the cylinder stove will propagate into the paper
In fact, the next step consists in taking good quality aluminum foil. This step is important because it allows us to then have a resistant and rigid material.
In this case, a 30 m roll was enough to complete my entire project. Considering that I folded this roll three times on itself, I can therefore say with certainty that I have at least 15 m2 of heated surface.
Indeed, thinking about it now, given that the surface of the slats made are doubleface, the effective contact surface between the slats of foil and the air is 30 square metres.
The cylinder becomes a user, it transfers the heat to the aluminum plates and as we all know, aluminum is an excellent material for dissipating heat
This makes the heat propagation of the stove you already have even more efficient. It could be used as it is without the email but having the email allows us to save fuel and have optimized combustion.
In this case I decided to turn off the heating in the house specifically to do some tests and within an hour and 40 minutes I went from around 18° to 23°
rulof i cant stress this enough, you should definitely wear light protection goggles or auto darkening welding helmet for plasma cutting. I myself damaged my eyes ages ago and trust me when I say, you don't want that pain and eye degradation
Amazing stuff man !!! Glad you got yourself a pro torch !!
"How to make a Homegrown Nuclear power plant in your basement" . Just an idea for the next video
Be very careful about burning stuff like this indoors, carbon monoxide buildup is no joke.
the paint on the cylinder will also burn off making toxic fumes
I admire the content you provide. I hope all videos are translated into Arabic
Is that essentially ethanol you're burning? One improvement that would also yield less carbon monoxide would be providing sufficient airflow to get a blue flame rather than yellow. I've been learning about every model of antique alcohol/gasoline blowtorch i can find and trying to recreate them, its much fun.
I like your videos man also the way you present them. In this case, if it's permitted,
can't you design one for the heat needed in tobacco curing barns so to save trees.
You can paint it yellow and name it Stuart
Foil for surface area is a great solution
Im not sure you would get more heat from this than just the naked flame! Also, I know you have the warning in your description but you should mention very clearly.. This device, even with Ethanile will produce carbon monoxide and typically all heating appliances should be vented to the outside.
Rulof you are awesome! This channel deserves more subs for sure
Hey Rulof, can you make an induction heater with just a DC welding machine ?
Wow amaizng video I am going to make one how are you doing
In Germany, the Chimney cleaner will hit you with the documents to comply to the law, never this would be allowed to use in a german household :'(
Man I need to make one of these for work. Put it outside my job. With a few modifications for outside use.
This is very interesting. Nice work
Sure, it technically improves efficiency, but the impact would be far greater if it was done to the chimney. Radiating marginally more heat is less impactful than expelling less heat.
Is it a joke?
huh
