All the frames became white and I can't add the new ones or change anything in the animation. How can I fix it?

BTW - awful lot of selecting objects to keyframe those - is it possible to create some sort of picker / list to select predefined selections (left foot, right hand, spine...)? Is it possible to create keying sets?

Ctrl + Number and then press that number? Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, etc.

In version 2021.3EA you can do it via the top menu: Objects->Animation reverse

Как реверсировать выделенные ключи анимации? Например, у меня 2 фрейма, на первом кубик вверху, на втором - внизу. Как мне реверсировать их так, что бы на первом фрейме кубик был внизу, а на втором - вверху? (я понимаю, что можно просто скопировать позицию второго и вставить в первый, а первый во второй, но фреймов может быть десятки )
