U gotta delete it so you can use the old one by extracting it into your mods in the Client it was way better by going into the viewmodel folder an then changing some things above the usual max

Feather is nice ovr but... 1.8.9 lags when opening/closing GUIs and later just shows a black screen with white dots jumping around (edit: when i get out of fullscreen its just black). Also on 1.8.9 i think lunar has some reach hacks cause i get clipped bad in feather but im clipping others bad in lunar. idk how but i just want an 1.8.9 fix. Overall other versions (i have played 1.16 and later on feather) works great 👍

Edit: I had ui hardware acceleration on auto so im guessing it was autoing it to off so i put it on and the feather ui got fixed.

you only get it if you bought feather client while it was still in beta. lucky for you, you didnt. i did and it was the biggest waste of money iv ever spent. used it twice then swapped back to lunar. Feather client completely fell off. hardly anyone uses it anymore. they got so desperate they started posting youtube shorts that only get like 1k views. to think they used to be a lunar client competitor...
