Shaders won't "crash your PC" in that way. She gets 300FPS with the shaders so her giving you her specs will be completely useless information for you. Just try them out.
Im normall using Sildurs shaders high eith blur and i have 80 - 300fps when i use extreme with VL i have 20 - 100fps and when i use late i have 100 - 600 and i do much love Sildurs shaders
Low end is a pretty broad term so that question without mentioning specific specs and settings is completely useless. You could just try them out but I guess asking in comments and waiting for a month makes more sense.
That is an item physics mod. You can get it on lunar or any other clients. But if you use vanilla minecraft you can search item physics mod 1.8.9 then download it and put it to the mods folder

does anyone have like link for the sildurs shaders without motion blur? i really like it but with the motion blur i get 20 fps
Turn it off in *options>video settings>shaders>shader options* and it should be one of those then u toggle it to *off*
@@Starfuly If they get 20 FPS with motion blur then turning it off won't help all too much. Playing with shaders isn't worth it until they upgrade.
