@7:07 i agree 1000000% only 2 cents id like to add is make sure the oil you run for a long period of time is an oil known to have higher then normal zync levels, as this will protect all the wear surfaces on the motor =]
LOVE the symmetry of your charge pipes, my biggest pet peave with after market or custom piping on a z32 is when it isnt symmetrical to the chassis. very nice work and or choice in parts my friend!
potential milky oil... my first guess, esp with your cold ass climate, if you start the car for a few moments at a time without really driving her and letting the motor get up to temps that would evaporate all moisture in the crank case, and then you turn off car and it gets cold. that would create a TUN of condensation inside your motore, ie. crank case and this will contaminate your oil over time making it milky. scenero 2: you have a leaking headgasket. best way to test is to leak down test 1 cylinder at a time, all while checking your radiator for bubbling. if none of your cylinders are leaking pressure into your coolant system. more likley then not. it was from enumerous starts of motor without fully heating up to max temp and creating excess moisture inside crank case. for your climate and this time of year that is very likley
