Thank you - I was really going between the Small and Medium but after seeing how large the small looked and all the stuff you could fit - that changed my mind. I'm 5 ft tall and I think the medium would just overwhelm me.
I'm so glad you popped up on my google search because I too was trying to decide between the small and medium. Also between brands, I love the Mulberry Bayswater Zipped (but the colour just wasn't right) and then I found the Chloe Marcie. Thank you
Beautiful bag!! It looks great on you!! This bag has been on my wishlist for years....I like the small size that you have and the medium. The Marcie is a classic and I love it in the tan color that you have. I love black bags but I think the design pops more in the tan color. I absolutely don't care if a bag is no longer popular. In fact, I don't think there are any bags that I am into that are on trend right now. I am late to the game but I fell in love with the Givenchy Pandora crossbody this year. I think the fact that these brands still make the Pandora and the Marcie prove that these are classics that have stood the test of time. Lux items are meant to be used for decades and not disposed of after a few seasons. You got it at such an amazing price...it is such a bummer I can never take advantage of the online deals because of package theft in my area. So it is in store shopping only for me and the Marcies never go on sale at department stores like Nordstrom. I guess that is why it is still on the wishlist after all these years ha. xoxo

@@CatherineR Yes if the department store is doing a gift card event offer with purchase then I would qualify. Some departments have loyalty points but the loyalty points don't really give you that much.

Hi! I would vote for the tan 😂 I might be biased but the tan version is such a gorgeous color, it goes well with everything! I haven’t experienced any color transfer yet, but I also carry this mostly as a hand held. I have put this on the ground previously as well though and no issues at all! 😀

Hi Jocelyn! I personally don’t think the bag is heavy. Of course it’s going to weigh more than canvas bags from LV but for it being leather bag I don’t think it’s that bad. I wouldn’t recommend carrying it on your shoulders with the 2 handles, since that won’t be comfortable. If you want to carry as a shoulder bag, I recommend buying a fabric strap you can replace the thin leather strap with. I bought one from Amazon! Hope this helps.

Hi! The small would definitely still fit a full size wallet. I’ve been using this bag this week, and I still like it a lot. It’s such a great size for crossbody and fits a lot of my daily essentials with some baby stuff. Hope this helps! 😊

I got it off of Cettire but I have had quality issues with them and they now charge $25 for return shipping but I would steer away from them 🫣 I did reach out to Chloe but they said since I purchased through a non-authorized retailer I don’t qualify for a repair! Little bummed but if I carry it by the handle it’s really not noticeable and with crossbody you can’t really tell from the front 🤷🏻♀️ i will just continue to use it as much as I’d like!
I just bought a small Marcie (2nd hand!) and I’m wondering what the dimensions are on yours. Mine is 12x9 and it looks a lot smaller. I’m curious if the new small ones are larger. Beautiful bag! Hi Saundra, I think it depends on what all you put in the bag. I would say this is not a light bag (like a canvas bag like LV) but I also don’t think this is as heavy as some other bags since it’s still small.
Hi Caroline! Yes absolutely. I would say though you may want to get a thicker strap (I just ordered one from Amazon) if you want to use the longer strap. The strap the bag comes with is quite thin so if you wear it all day it may dig into your shoulders. Hope this helps! 😊
You sold me with the baby diaper lol as a mother that is very important to me to be able to take some baby essentials specially in a bag that is so expensive.

Hi! I think I just got bored of it - I rotate my bags in and out of my collection probably every 2 years of so 😅 I think if I had the small size I would have kept it, but the medium size I found it to be quite awkward against my body when I wore it crossbody. I much prefer this Chloe bag for now!

is it true the leather on this model is stiff?
Hi! The leather has good structure but it’s not completely stiff. It will lose some of its structure over time. Hope this helps!

Hi! Yes you can - while I wouldn’t wear it as a shoulder bag all the time I had to in a pinch because I didn’t have my crossbody strap and I could!
