In this video I try to answer all those questions and give you a breakdown of the available features in Microsoft Team when using Breakout rooms. It's an amazing feature of Teams with more and more functionality coming to it all the time!

thank you for the helpful information. Can we set up breakout rooms before the meeting in TEAMS? If I am the facilitator of a meeting, it would be a challenge for me to facilitate while creating breakout rooms during a meeting. thanks

Hello! Thanks for all of your videos. I wanted to know if students in breakout rooms are allowed to record their breakout room automatically or if I, the host, have to go into each room and begin the recording. From what I saw in your video, the student can do it. It this accurate? To be able for them to record, do they have to have Zoom installed on their laptop or can they have joined a meeting through a link? Thanks again!
