Great, do you know of any AI tools that actually change voices?
I've used a few. Some more successfully than others. I'm still going over my favourites. Media.io and voice.ai are just some, but it's always good to check which work for you.

If we start a consistent story channel with this. Is this copy right free and be monetized on youtube without problems?
UA-cam rules seem to state that unless the content is original, it would be classified as reused content. Then again, if the story and voiceovers are 100 original and by you and you make this clear in the video and description, I think it would be fine. That being said, it is probably best to check with UA-cam employees as I do not work for UA-cam, nor am I a lawyer.

Adobe Express is not effective. It doesn't actually convert our voice into animated speech. Instead, it makes a cartoon act out what you say in your own voice.
