Mary Myatovich, the first woman victim, is my stepdad's sister. I spent my teen years growing up on New Cedar Lane. Teens did a lot of carousing at Duck Island at that time. My stepdad didn't talk about the murder much. He was just a baby when the murder occurred. The family lived at Jeremiah Ave., not far at all from Duck Island.

I grew up in Hamilton Township and didn't know about these murders until now. Heck, I could see the smokestacks from the Duck Island power plant from our old house, and later lived one block over from Cypress Lane.

I heard about this from relatives of Myatovich, which are many family friends. It was hard to believe things like that happened back in those days.

Thanks Mick. I think you've really enhanced your videos with the drone footage. Thanks for the research. I'm in and around Hamilton but didn't know anything about this. Pretty tragic.

My father was on the Trenton Police force during the 50s. I had heard him mention this case a few times. I read somewhere that Hill molested some girls who were in his Sunday School classes.

Also known as the Sturgie area. We use to go there to collect punks (cattails). I'd always come back with poison ivy every summer. BTW, as a kid I never thought of it as creepy. Was always an adventure going down there.

Did not know this about Duck Island. Back in High School my girlfriend and I use to park back there but in the late 70's . She lived in South Trenton so it was so close but yet so far. Would have found a different spot had we known about this. I have been checking out your videos and good to see some Hamilton and New Jersey content. Funny I now live a few miles from Gravity Hill.

@@cruedust White City Lake, Wow. Now there's a throw back. As kids we would go down what we use to call the Sturgie. Small lake/pond. Supposedly they had Sturgeon is where the name came from. We use to walk along the railroad tracks and cemetery off lalor street to get there. The opposite side of the tracks was the 6-11 little league field and a babe Ruth field. Also, the shit pond (as we use to call it) was there. Water filtration plant. One time we found our way from the Sturgie all the way to White City Lake. I felt like Christopher Columbus making a new discovery. We didn't have electronic gadgets back then so we had all our fun outside.

I was born and raised in New Jersey and after joining up with the Air Force my first assignment was right back home at McGuire. I've always been fascinated by history and even majored in it in college. Although I loved NJ history I'd never heard of this case or the Trenton Six. The only case people were interested in was the Lindberg kidnapping. Thanks for bringing these historic cases to life. I appreciate all your content. If you're ever in Orlando give me a buzz AsBobSeesItVideos@yahoo.com. Now that I have re-subscribed (UA-cam dropped me) maybe I can get caught up on your excellent videos. Thanks again.

My aunt was a victim of this murders. I don’t believe Hill was the murder. We have our reasons why. We believe that’s why he didn’t get a long sentence. He didn’t serve. life sentence. And not to mention the jury wasn’t 100% positive he was the assailant. Were in the stages of writing the story.

      The Mickey Shuffle
it’s not easy trying to put the story together. We have an ideanof what may have happened, but not positive. We know one of the other victims as well. I must confess, in my heart of hearts I feel Hill was railroaded. If that’s true, we would love to let his family know this and clear Hill’s name. Thanks for bringing the story to light once again.

@@satisfyingwhiteboarddrawin4587 I can agree first hand that this story is not easy to put together. From some basic details it looks like it's easy but there are other attacks as well in PA that I didn't have time to mention. I wish you all the best in your efforts and if I can ever be of assistance, please reach out!
