I would like to get your opinion if Otto is right in saying that the Lords of the realm would rather take to war then having a queen crowned over a male claim. Because it may have a domino effect to the other successions thru the realm.
Not an expert here, but from what I know from the Westeros culture, I think Otto is right. The Lords wouldn't accept a Queen. MAYBE is there was no male son, and no one else had dragons, they would accept it based on fear. But with two male sons, with dragons, no way.

Has anyone made the connection that the “fireflies” utilized by Larys indicate that they are “bugged”? - i.e., Larys can monitor his operatives where e’er they may wander; and possibly to give them orders from afar.
We don’t use that expression much any more, but a person or a location (a room, e.g.) containing a recording device was said to be “bugged” because the recording device was usually small & inconspicuous.
(In my head canon,) Larys is most probably a skinchanger, perhaps even a greenseer (although perhaps just a skinchanger … all those *rats* in the Red Keep!
