Wow great pics and nice to see this BTS. I once did a workshop in the studio and it's hard work. Peter Coulson comes to Europe and he will do a natural light/studio workshop. I will only take part in the natural light day, it's all I could afford. He will come to London too.
I really like the more cool lit shots, they work especially well on 800T, it’s a stock that most people only shoot for the halations but it’s so much more than that
Thank you so much! I can't remember exactly from the top of my head, but I believe that everything (both digital and film) was shot at 800 ISO, I'd imagine it was f/2.8 and then roughly between 1/60 and 1/160 for shutter speed. I hope that that helps!
Thank you so much! I use one of the ones with the side guides (I’m not 100% sure what that’s called), using a waist level view finder that has a flip down magnifier.
Thank you! The light comes alone, but you can purchase the projection attachment as a modifier (which comes with the set of gobos, which are the light stencils)
Superb light quality, photo theme, did you upgrade your camera lol? Great model and outfit, who choose the outfit? Would have loved to see you capture some of the film shots on the 90mm Mamiya glass? Really appreciate you sharing the whole entire shoot very inciteful, and big props to your videographer (V). What made you choose Cinestill 800T? #Londonlovesyou (V)(V)(V)
Thank you! I upgraded from the Sony A73 to the A74 in January! Styling was all done by @jainiero (on Insta) who absolutely smashed it on this shoot. I’ll do some more work with the 90mm soon! Usually when shooting with continuous lights I try to opt for glass that stops lower (like the 110 does) but I’ll definitely shoot some stuff with the 90 over summer! Cinestill 800T was the choice for this shoot since it has a higher ISO, making shooting with continuous lighting easier, but also I’m always interested to see how Cinestill renders RGB lighting. Thanks so much for the comment! I hope you enjoyed it!
The amount of looks from one light! 🙌🏾
Such a versatile light! I’ve used it in my newest video too, can’t wait to experiment more with it
the film shots go hard
Thank you!
Another amazing video as usual, always inspiring to watch other people shoot film in studios 😊
Thank you so much! So glad that you enjoyed it.
Brilliant images as always!
Thank you so much!

Thank you! I agree, I love Cinestill just generally - the halation isn’t actually a selling point for me in portrait work at all.
Looooooove this so much - honestly my dream shoot. Would loooove to see a breakdown of your settings for lighting like this!! GORG images as always

@@SophiaCarey that’s great thanks so much!❤️
Oh Sophia, do you think you'll do a photo in London walk this year??? ;0)
Ooh that’s an idea! If there was enough interest I’d definitely do one
Amazing shots Sophia!
Which focusing screen do you have on your RZ?
Thank you.

Beautiful, the light comes with all the extra things to change the shape of the light??

Only photographers will ever use the phrase ‘let’s see what the light is saying’ 🤣
Is the light beam of 36 degree sharp when focused?
Hey! With the projector attachment you can focus the light (regardless of the shape you’re creating) so that it’s sharp or unfocused, it’s up to yon
