Ingredients:
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
minced meat - 800 g (28.2 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
salt - 12 g (0.42 oz)
black pepper - 7 g (0.25 oz)
sweet paprika - 10 g (0.35 oz)
bread crumbs - 40 g (1.4 oz)
ham - 100 g (3.5 oz)
hard cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
spinach - 130 g (4.6 oz)
eggs - 6 pieces
egg composition:
eggs - 2 pieces
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
milk - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
flour - 250 g (8.8 oz)
oil - 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
Fry it over medium fire 10 min on both sides
for the salad:
chickpeas - 200 g (7 oz)
tomatoes - 2 pieces
cheese - 70 g (2.47 oz)
cucumbers - 1 piece
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

@@ambrosemclaren145 You would want this in a restaurant? I'd at least hope the restaurant would not use packaged ham...looked a little gristly to me. The tomato was better than I've seen some restaurants use anyway.
Well, Scott, at my age I am not going to the trouble to make it but I would like to try it Not very clean eating so it should be a rare occasion.
Definitely need a Wright's flat ham instead of the cheapy slived stuff.
The batter before frying really takes it over the top for not a healthful dish but once in a while doesn't hurt if your diet is generally clean otherwise.

What nationality is your mother-in-law? My mother was born and bread in Germany. We had roulade' many times, never made from ground meat ....... Thin sliced meat with mustard and a pickle rolled up then browned in a skillet and finished in the oven.
Germany cookers has mental limitations and teach other countries how to cut vegetables, instead show EVERYTHING CUTTED ALREADY hahahaha

Looking at when it was cut open the ground meat did not look done to me. I don't think there is any way for it to be done because it was not fried long enough for the meat to cook all the way!
Agree with your comment. However there is a way for the mean to be perfectly done. Just make thinner slices ;)
I think 10 minutes on each side would be enough to cook it all of the way through........

A hard cheese is any kind you can easily grate or cube. I'd use white cheddar. I'd guess it was vague in the video because it's seen all over the world and different areas have different varieties available? Use what tastes best to you and your family.
