This is just a small example but, I was selecting courses for my Junior year at high school and was thinking about joining honors classes, but then I started thinking about the extra responsibilities and commitments. I listened to this at the perfect time and I 'm so glad I did. Thank you Fernanda, your content is always motivating and this gave me that final push I really needed. ❤❤❤

I've been planning all winter on how to do this:
I have always been uncomfortable/scared to swim in lakes. laugh all you want lol bc its lowkey hilarious and i dont know why this is, but this year I started highschool and I've been working so hard on bettering myself, so this year(summer specifically) my biggest goal is to say 'yes' instead of 'no' to a lot of things, not just swimming. I'm typically a pretty keep-it-safe-in-my-comfort-zone kinda person, and this episode is literally EXACTLY what my biggest goal for this year is soooo ty queen

Thanks Fernanda! I really need this. I’ve been feeling very trapped and bored in my life lately. I’m currently at a community college and I hate it. It’s not growing me and I feel desperate to leave my hometown. Hopefully I’ll get some letters from the colleges I apply to soon and gain some independence. Storytime: Last summer I went to a K-pop random dance event to step out of my comfort zone and when I saw the performances I had an epiphany, I was thinking that I could perform too (as a joke at first).. I got perceived by my family but it didn't matter, I kept following youtube tutorials and made that happen.
Even if I start practicing and feel uncomfortable, if thoughts are trying to humble me, like "why am I doing this? I am not even a pro, it's embarrasing" I fight them and try to romanticize the process. I get my dose of healthy dopamine after that practice, it's my type of workout
