@@JosephHarounian hey! HOA is 14109 pesos per month so roughly $700USD This building is a bit secluded so the nearest market would probably be a 15 or 20 minute walk. And I’m not 100% sure about the owner occupancy but I can take a look for you. Send me a text or email and we can chat there. Nate@fabriscorp.com 3103844485
The upside of Conchas Chinas and the Orchid, specifically, is the stunning location with the tidal pools and the privacy. Probably one of the best "settings" in the entire Bay. The downside is the lack of amenities within walking distance (uphill) -- no real markets and only one restaurant a bit further down the beach (rather mediocre). Nate is correct is saying you can walk to the romantic zone but you do have to go up and over the famous "rocks" and onto Los Muertos beach for a few hundred yards before getting back on concrete by the Mantamar -- it's doable during the day but not at night for dinner. The downside of this condo is the super small primary bedroom without direct ocean front access.
Great place.
@@DesireeGonza isn’t it stunning!
Hi. What is the HOA for this unit? Any markets close by that you can walk to? What percentage of the building is owner occupied? Thanks
