Great video. I especially appreciate the clear and calm video work; it really shows the various pieces and their actual placement. I'm certainly looking at OBM parts for a new Tiger 900 Rally.

Mosko owners: the older style panniers with the upper butterfly latch will not fit on the left side rack without a modification. The padlock plate interferes with the grab handle. My fix was to fit 10mm longer spacers and bolts (sourced from McMaster-Carr) at the upper mounts. The forward foot peg mount will flex enough, but you can use a 10mm spacer there if you want. The rear cross bar will be fine, but you may want to put a small spacer there too if you wish (I made one from .25 alum plate). Alternatively, you could space out the Mosko mounting plate 1/4 " or so. The latch still makes contact with grab handle, but there is enough flex in the pannier to bend it clear.

Useful video. Ham fisted home tinkerer, with basic mechanical skills (oil changes, brake pads, chain and sprockets kind of level, but top end rebuild, nah, no chance) managed it. Thanks for the torque settings. For a brutal home service type of bloke, these save a lot of busted bolts. Put bluntly if you can manage a ratchet you can fix these. The only difference on my bike to the video is the bolts took a wee bit of persuasion. Two did not just slide in. They needed a bit of pushing and shoving to get through. These racks are brilliant for soft panniers. Kriega ADV go on in about 20 seconds. Pity these are not available in white as they are on my 701. They'd look proper with my white framed bike.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. It’s great to hear that Kriega’s OS panniers mount so easily. White pannier racks? We offer them for Africa Twins. We may consider them for Tiger 900 as well

Why no washer behind the nyloc nuts when attaching to the rear subframe?

Hi OM team, do you have the specification of the 2 peg spacer ? I lost both of them during a trip, I'm sure I can find something in my local hardware shop to replace them but if you have the thickness and diameter of the original it will be usefull.

Are these racks now/soon available through Mosko Moto website as well? Or do we need to purchase separately on your web pages? I know you provide their racks for the Tiger 800's.

They should be available via Mosko Moto in Europe already and likely in a couple weeks in the US as well.

Are these "blue " locktite or threadlocker ??

Same thing. Blue refers to medium strength. Loctite is a brand.
