Time for another battlefield study tour, this time focusing on the First World War in Ypres, Belgium. We had a great weekend learning about the battles fought in and around Ypres and how we could take lessons away from them to help us in war fighting now. Hope you enjoy this video about the trip…

Nice to see you back. I've had the privilege to have taken cadets over to Belgium several times, and they've taken part in the Menin Gate ceremony. Pity you didn't get visit Essex Farm and see the grave of Rfm Strudwick aged 16. We always took the cadets there and they were shocked, as they are the same age as young Valentine. Also done cadet visit to Auschwitz. That's a hard place to visit.
Omg you're alive!! All jokes aside 😅
It's nice to have you back
Brilliant!
Great video. Good to see coffee first up!!!!
Hello Chelsie, can we get some insight of what is happening inside the army with potentail national service talks?
Thanks for sharing your experience in Belgium.
The battle of Ypres was crazy, have a good look into that Chels....
Get to sandhurst lady.
Chris.
Hi Chelsie, big fan here. As well as WW1&2 do you also study more recent wars like in Afghanistan, Ukraine and Russia’s hybrid wars on the west
Did Bastogne many years ago.
Hi UK team - random beret question because i came across a beret vid on Chelsie's channel - for the strings - in the US we tighten the headband and tie the strings in a square knot, cut the strings and burn the ends with a lighter to fuse the knot - do cousin's do this, too?
It's personal preference really. some people keep the string in and cut it right down so you can't see it. Other's remove it completely.
Thank you for an interesting video. Do you still wear the Rifles cap badge? I have read that some changes for the London Guards will be happening in February, I know you are busy with your studies but if possible an update would be appreciated on your duties.
No, we changed over to the Coldstream Guards in 2022. I'm RMP now. Video coming to explain tomorrow.
Are you a compass? Because you point me in 12 o clock direction, and I'm navigating towards your magnetic....can you make a ground shake?
change unit again? now become royal military police?
Will you fight in a future against russia, china or iran?
1:25 - oh the blonde hair you complained about 5 years ago is back, yay.
Are you single?
А.
Так это та самая разговорчивая особа, которая рассказывала (и показывала на примере себя) о вещевом снабжении рекрутов в Army of the U. K.
That is one carefully nurtured virginity you have son!...
