    Seven hours sleep as you recommend; are you referring to night sleep or total sleep hours in 24 hours. During summer I have time to sleep for 4 hours between Isha & Tahud prayer rest I can make up morning & afternoon sleep.
    Please advise.

    Dr sahb plz reply me.. meri Age 26 ha ma smoking ne krta mje kch arsa sy anxiety ka issues ho gaye thy palpitations ya dil dobna feel hota tha.. then mene cardiologist ko deikhaya meri ECG ki gaye Stress wali b ki gaye sab normal aye baki blood tests b normal.. then mene dobara krwaye to doc nay kaha ecg normal ha but mene jb upr parha waha sinus arrhythmia or PVC likha howa tha but doc nay kaha all is ok.. should i worry? or mene apni diet achi ki ha mje ab palpitations ya sinking of heart bht rare feel hota means month m bas ek bar kabe feel hota.. pele daily hota tha but jabse diet or exercise shoru ki ab month bas hota wo b bas 1,2 sec k liay kabe kabhar should i concern? baki unu nay inderal 10mg kaha tha jb asa feel ho tb lay lo but mje zrort ne pari.

    Kindly tell the functions of bisoprolol and Eziday tablets in blood pressure? Why it take combinely even though both are blood pressure tablets.. thanks

      Bisoprolol is a beta Blocker...it slows heart rate and little bit decreases heart power which generates BP
      .Eziday is Angiotensin Receptor Blocker and decreases BP by RAS system

    My goodness what a useful advice, life is full of all kind of stress, in usa even with the extreme comfort ,& luxury the stress level is sky high, & getting relaxed & calm is almost impossible maybe one day I can follow these advices 🙏

    Doctor sb meri mother ko hysterectomy k bd bp high ka issue hua ...is se pehly bp low hota tha...abh doctor ne eziday 50mg daily recommend ki...abh wo leti hain 3 weeks se regular...lkn kbhi kbhi un ka bp low ho jata....abh smjh nai ati k bp ki tablets maintain rkhe ya nai

    ڈاکٹر صاحب میری عمر 43 سال ہے۔ 3 ماہ پہلے CAD کا پرابلم ہوا اور ایک ہی جگہ پر 2 سٹینٹ ڈالے گئے۔ اب الحمدللہ بالکل فٹ ہوں۔ میڈیسن باقاعدگی سے لے رہا ہوں۔ روزانہ تقریباً ایک گھنٹہ واک کرتا ہوں۔
    محترم پوچھنا یہ تھا کہ کیا میں جاگنگ ، رننگ یا سائیکلنگ کر سکتا ہوں؟
