It’s unfortunate that he couldn’t foresee the danger that existed inside his own home.
A lot of men with families sleep with pistols near their beds for home protection. The son could have came in after the parents went to bed. Either way, such a tragic situation.
Because this is America and people with children own guns. It's not the guns fault. It's the parents responsibility. Unfortunately, they are gone so we can't truly know what kind of people they were. Mental health and parenting are the issues here, not the weapon.
Hunting isn’t uncommon in the area. Many teens in the area are taught gun safety and never use guns to harm people. This child was likely taught firearm safety and how to use a gun but chose to use it for bad 😢
Of course he should be tried as an adult. We’ve gotta get rid of this separation of charges. Each one should be charged and convicted based upon their actions, not their ages.
These days, no neglect or abuse is necessary just spoiled brats whose parents never said no or disciplined them before decide to take away video games or devices. Demons are real folks.
Extreme abuse/neglect or extreme spoiling and zero accountability both have the potential to create personality disorders such as sociopathy, narcissism or borderline personality disorder as well as others 😔
I am from Ireland but I am always wary of children being home schooled. I know some people just live too far from a school or can’t fit everyone in their car. With that I always fear for the family’s safety but lots of stuff happening in schools too so worry for other children’s safety in that case.
The people that homeschool in the US are usually religious nuts…speaking as someone who grew up homeschooled and had an extended family that were all homeschooled. They think socializing their kids is exposing them to other heavily religious people. They typically have strange theories about public schools. Every time I see a big, religious family that controls all aspects of their kids lives, I think “One of those kids hates their lives.” Speaking from experience.
Children suffer far more abuses and crimes in public schools than homeschool. Most homeschooled children are very loved and cared for with parents that go the extra mile for their children on many levels. I used to be a public school social worker and if you think the parents of public school children don't abuse children, you're way off. Whatever happened here had nothing to do with homeschooling.

Plenty of children unalive themselves from being bullied. Some suffer mental illness like social anxiety or social phobia or depression due to being bullied. Others suffer broken nose or bones or other injuries. If you are worried about homeschooling, you should be worrying more about kids at school. Some are even abused by teachers. Not to mention school shootings.

Why are they waiting until June 2025 just to establish if you’re gonna move it to adult court? Why can’t they do it in December?
I’m disappointed and surprised that you encourage betting gambling more like it🥺. Why?
Why did he have access to guns?
A lot of men with families sleep with pistols near their beds for home protection. The son could have came in after the parents went to bed. Either way, such a tragic situation.
Only one gun is mentioned. The gun was in a locked case and the boy knew the combination.
Because this is America and people with children own guns. It's not the guns fault. It's the parents responsibility. Unfortunately, they are gone so we can't truly know what kind of people they were. Mental health and parenting are the issues here, not the weapon.
@@agirlisnoone5953it’s an issue if a child has the code to the gun
Hunting isn’t uncommon in the area. Many teens in the area are taught gun safety and never use guns to harm people. This child was likely taught firearm safety and how to use a gun but chose to use it for bad 😢
How did he fail a test at school , was home schooled?
Many homeschool students are required to take state tests. Depends on the state.
Wow, a new low, this channel is pushing gambling. Smh
I want to know what was going on in that home?
@@TheDianeBrewer I something happened there's no justification to kill your brother, your little brother, he doesn't have no excuse for that.
@ I disagree sometimes there is, however that’s not what I was saying or intending here.
4:01 not always… Chris Watts was by all accounts one of the most nicest guys and didn’t have any prior records… what went wrong ?

That sponsorship may be legal but it shouldn’t be& it sure shouldn’t be a Law & Crime sponsor!
Where is the date of this vid ???
You’re getting worse with your advertising; so much so, it’s a huge turn off… like turn off this channel
@@Christiana11-11how do you know it had nothing to do with homeschooling?? We have no idea what this has to do with. I'm not saying it does but your defense is a little strong with no information 🧐
@@sashie253it’s interesting the alleged shooter mentioned pron. I wonder if it was he that got in trouble. Many homeschooling families are VERY religious and isolated.
A 15 year old shoots everyone in his family. Wow
Mansion is a stretch….
Your getting all mixed up with the ages of the children
Thank you
this is horrible... wealthy kids in a nice house and with rich parents who probably bought them whatever they wanted... sometimes im happy i was born to poor parents who didnt have money for christmas presents but loved and raised us right
Wealth has no bearing on it. Being raised rich or poor doesn’t statistically make a person more likely to be murderous than anyone else.
Today’s society is much different than the one you grew up in. Politicians saying the more weird you are the better. Kids are fed propaganda in schools, criminals are not held responsible, the only thing that matters is looks. This is what happens in a society that says morals and ethics are evil.
I would be willing to bet you can't place a wager on the outcome of this case on Kalshi...
How heartbreaking. They look like the perfect family. What went wrong? What was this teen thinking? ? ?
The sister said it was the older brother. She was there. Why are you trying to blame the younger..
