As a coach myself I find talking to players at club level about percentages whether its a attacking routine with 60% smashes (if someone is struggling reduce it to 40%) or defence routine where you want 10% lifts and try using other shots instead of lifting. Even I use it for watching there on court play, like telling them that 50% of the time you lift off serve and 80% of those rallies you lose. Make them use other/better shot choices.
05:48 you start taking your shots late after 3-4 rallies. To help with that I suggest to move your legs more and relax your upper body for quicker reaction. Wrist training also helps 😊
