    I think this video is very realistic for a busy family with young kids. Let’s face it we all have put dinners that is a hodgepodge of stuff/random leftovers once a week - we can’t make fancy well planned dinners all the time

      Natalie, before I sent my 4y and 2y to part-time daycare, I enlisted the help of a babysitter. First, I would have a new sitter over for a working (paid) interview 9am-1pm to show them the post-breakfast through naptime routine. After that, I felt comfortable heading out to do errands/appointments (solo or with just one kid) or I would ask the sitter to take the kids for a walk to the park so that I could get things done around the house. A few hours here or there make such a big difference in mama sanity 😘

    If you don't mind to buy meat shortly before BBD is over, you can safe a lot of money in Germany. BBD just means that the company is giving a quality guarantee for taste, texture and regular Standards. Past BBD does not mean, that it's not useable anymore. Only when it says that this Produkt must be used until this date, than you will have to be careful. Germany has a Inflationsrate from around 8%, but the way I see it, food in US is much more expensive.

    • @lcn706
      @lcn706 Рік тому +4

      I have two! They’re 5 & 3. Our rule is you have to at least try 1 “no thank you” bite. Then if you don’t like it, you at least tried it. Because you never know! You could find a new favorite thing! Then I don’t believe in kids going hungry if they don’t like it. They have the option of a PB&J or fruit/veggie (or whatever you think is their ‘safe’ food). But that’s it. If you don’t like those two options, you can wait until the next meal. I’m not cooking 4 or 5 separate meals. Some nights it’s more of a battle but the more you’re consistent, the more it woks. Good luck mama!!!

    Making and freezing a ton of dinners makes even more sense if you have a bigger family.

    As a long time follower, content is lacking lately. I know you have some health issues going on, so if you need a break, please take it. I think it would be better for both you and your channel to rest and recharge rather than continue to go downhill just for the sake of having content. Do you no longer have a team that helps you? It seems like there is no longer a video schedule, it's off the cuff, and very chaotic.

    A lot of people are saying this is not enough food. But my family is half her size and half of this food is plenty for us.
    Also, people have different metabolisms and need different amounts of food. We don't know what her family was eating the rest of the day either.

    I noticed u dont wash chicken. Is that ok to not wash ?

    • @hannahsvoxx
      @hannahsvoxx Рік тому +3

      It is inadvisable to wash chicken. It doesn't need to be washed and doing so could result in dangerous raw chicken juice splattering around your chicken.
