But if your child has local account in Windows 10 - internal parental control does not work.
Why? (on W7 all was Ok). Should I use others parental controls, eg Time Boss, Net Nanny or others?

Useless. If the user is already logged in, the system won't kick you out once the time restriction kicks in.

This only prevents logging in during an unallowed time. If your child is already in, they are not kicked out!

If you set their account to be a standard account instead of an admin, then it should kick them out. It kicks me out at least.
