How to cook Beef Paa | Tibetan Cuisine | Bhutanese Traditional Beef Curry

- This is typical Tibetan Cuisine. But, very popular in Bhutan and people of Himalayas. It's mostly eaten with red organic rice as main course. The key ingredients are Szechuan pepper for the flavor and dried and green peppers to spice it up. It is prepare dried or gravy but not soupy. You're free to add any amount of ingredients to spice up your taste, NO RULES!!
Ingredients:
- Beef
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Chopped Ginger
- Chopped Garlic
- Long green Chili [ Pasilla Chili ]
- Dried Chili [ Dried Pasilla ]
- Rice Noodle [ FINN ]
- Red Chili Powder
- Szechuan Pepper
- Green Onion [ Scallion ]
- Cilantro [ Optional ]
- Red Radish
