- After about 5 years this iconoc dining location has re-opened. Totally revamped with a great selection of dining and drinking options, I am sure, with careful advertising will become a favourite with tourists and locals alike.

I have watched most of your videos and enjoyed them i am thinking of visiting Pattaya next year for one month. I loved watching your wife trying to pronounce Scottish words its funny i have the same problem here in Costa Rica with Americans and Canadians trying to work out what I'm saying i have stayed here for 6 years now and from Fife Scotland.

Gaining the trust of your Thai partner is paramount to building a good relationship here. There are probably plenty of normal girls around the town, but they are so suspicious of tourist intentions. I was lucky for sure in finding Nong 🙏🙏

Great venue and location.
Nice location, great view and very good looking food. Well presented and sure, the prices look a fair bit more than what you could get at some local restaurants or Street stalls, but you are paying extra for many reasons. I think it will be very popular as is the case with new food courts in new shopping malls in Bangkok and elsewhere. We would definitely consider a stay in Jomtien / Pattaya the next time we are over visiting family in Thailand. We need a change from Bangkok and Phuket.

I was just at that mall myself. That Ripley's Believe it or Not on the 3rd floor is wild. I didn't eat anywhere. Well, unless you count getting a chocolate covered soft serve cone @ the DQ on the 1st floor. Yummy!
Lol Scooter DQ does not count. The pla e on the roof was well good, food, service and views. Well worth a try 🙏🙏
They pick up the Doric quickly . Many years ago i taught lady some Doric , even to this day if i bump into her she says , "fit like the day" , or "nae bad yirsel if i ask how she is first .. Nice video, prices look reasonable for location .

I really enjoy your videos and you 2 are such a lovely couple. As you go around Pattaya reviewing restaurants me and my good lady often follow in your footsteps and enjoy the same eateries. However, I do have to comment on the Royal Plaza rooftop place in this video. Probably the worst meal I have had in the 3 years I have lived in Thailand. My partner's fish was way too salty, my wagyu burger tasted no better than a McDonalds and my fries were cold and looked / tasted like cheap frozen things from a dodgy supermarket. I really cannot think any chef would have been proud to dish that up. And I had to pay 1,300 baht ! I think your subscribers will find many better places to eat. Sorry to be negative but sometimes you just got to tell it like it is.
No worries and I understand, our meal was one of the best Thai meals we have had, so much so we went back the next week for the identical meal. For a good burger try Peaky Blinders on Pratumnak Soi 1 or new burger place on Pratumnak Soi 5, about 5 doors up from Cobra. For fish (Thai style) Nong probably enjoys King Seafood as much as anywhere and if booked through Hungry Hub is great value. Hope your next visit to Moon Whale you get the quality that we encountered on both occasions 🙏🙏
That’s not from the same restaurant David and Nong were eating at which is just Thai food so you ever followed their trail as such.
"Aye" comes from the Old Northern French "oeil" (meaning yes AND eye).
The ayes still have it in parliament.
Southern France is still Langue d'Oc ("oc" meaning yes in the Occitan language), while northern France was called Langue d'Oeil (where "eye 👁️" was the word for yes) becoming OUI in modern French 🇫🇷🇪🇺. 👍

I’ve noticed another new Thai Street Food restaurant on Soi 5 Pratanmak, it’s not open yet, some more preparation is going on. Strange why that Pret restaurant on the corner opposite Sands hasn’t opened!
Yes Pratumnak is definitely getting more and more options. Opposite Bentleys just about to open, Mikes Mexican now open. I heard the Pret rent was.....350k per month....which is just a non starter 🤣🤣

I went there for a drink a couple of days ago. I ordered a Gin&Tonic. The Gin was 370:- Baht + 50 Baht extra for the Tonic. On top of that a servicecharge of 10%.
A total of 462:- Baht for a Gin&Tonic. The most expensive GT I ever had in Pattaya. WARNING !

The food (that we had)was very close to Mays on quality. The location was way more impressive. Overall a better experience here 🙏🙏
