The last part of Path of Pain is probably one of the hardest endurance tests I've ever done in a game. A solid minute of precise parkour that has to be timed correctly, followed by a double Kingsmould fight leads to probably a few destroyed devices. I stand corrected, I have completed both the last room of Farewell and 7c from Celeste. Both good games though.
Considering this got randomly recommended to me, I think I might be considered a Higher Being, although I don’t think I’m better than the other Higher Beings.
i finally saw some one else getting triggerd by this hornet's fight "die-ing million of times" (i feel gud now) lol and its really funny when hornet start seying: GIT GUD
It took me about 10 tries even with spell twister shaman stone grubsong desolate dive vengeful spirit howling wraiths the double jump but probably still better then most
your shadow dash is your best friend when he jump to attack for the sky, avoid dashing. he generally strike behind you, so you can just move forward and not getting hit, like that you can have your shadow dash ready to when he charge at you. (shadow dash is very efficient to dodge that attack.) ideally, you would prefer to stay near him, as it reduce the chance of him doing those orange boomerang and the shockwaves. also, sharp shadow is really good on this fight, so consider it. a few rule you can consider is: dash throught, not out (boss generally cover a lot of ground with their attack, and the hardest chase you faster than you can run, so shadow dash throught them if you can) heal only 1 mask at a time (some bosses only allow you one heal, taking more and you risk getting hit, and the traitor lord's 2 mask damage is too punishing for that) also, if you feel pressured, desolate dive (or it's upgrade) give you invulnerability for a good chunk of time, if your shadow dash isn't ready. hope those advices helped you!

If you dont feel like you can beat it yet, just do something else. Maybe a (new) steelsoul run or just another playthrough if you already did everything. It really helps if you are just stuck too long on a boss. That way I became way better in godhome without even practising too much.

It's been a while, so I don't quite remember. Pretty sure I just cheesed him with Sharp Shadow.

First play through died to first stage hornet a few times and second stage first time didn’t die
It took me 97h to get to radiance and still can't beat it
