Today we’re lookin at some versions of the Movie star turtles! Which is your favorite? Big thanks to The turtle dude , TmntWEBSTER and back in time toys ! White bat audio
Great video!! I always love the head sculpt on the movie star figures. Thank you for all the information on these and i will be hunting the 1995 version of these figures
I just started back trying to reclaim my childhood, your channel is the Bible for me right now! Could you please reply or make a video about what Vintage Figures, Playsets & Vehicles that haven’t been reprinted my Nickelodeon/Playmates and if they ever will? I want the Technodrone (Sealed) but if I can get a re-release instead of spending thousands for a vintage one… that’s the move! Thx!
these are my favourite turtles. I had the reissues and then i got a vintage Mikey for cheap and i was off to the races looking for the vintage set. I am missing just Donny and a foot soldier.
@@ShellbackToyRewind especially when you move place to place... I lost so many Accessories for TMNT, Terminator, Street Sharks, stretch Armstrong and many more
I don’t get the point in having these on card when they are definitely not as good of packaging as the originals, the backs are all pretty much the same. I don’t see the value but if you do then go for it .
Totally understandable . I agree the og’s should be more valuable. But they made more of them . So it’s just the fact that the purplebacks are rare and different that makes them desirable to collectors. Tmnt collectors love variants and are always chasing that next “different” thing.
Totally agree with Turtle_toys, cannot get the point since there’s nothing special at all in these variant color Movie Star. The original ones are definitely unbeatable under all points of view: amazing cards with movie references, neutral but realistic colors of weapons as seen in the movie… It seems someone wants to push as new TMNT Grails at all costs and with all their efforts but unsuccessfully. These are not Grail in my humble opinion, just releases of releases of releases already seen tons of times with color variants in weapons only, that’s all. There’s a huge difference between RARE and GRAIL: a rare item is something you could meet sooner or later, nothing special nor new under the sun. Besides a GRAIL should be something you could meet, have even heard of once in a lifetime, or never at all, and not release of releases, again not this case for me. A Grail is something one of a kind, a unique piece for various reasons, not for different colors in belt or weapons only. That’s my personal pov of course. Btw thanks a lot for the video, always useful to talk about this subject and about TMNT world.
The ones on acrylic cases are Graded figures. They cost quite a bit. Some people think it’s a scam to get their figures graded, others think it’s worth it.

So damn cool, it makes me wanna slap Chris Rock...💥🖐🏼💥
I guess the super shredder with the normal coloured accessories on a purple card isn't rare?
If you can find one with the collector card or a coin or both . Those are the ones you want

At 0:25 where can I get those cases? And the ones at 6:02?
Moc masters

I keep all my figures on card so I'm personally not concerned about the material or articulation
