- હેલો ફ્રેન્ડ્સ , આજે આપણે બનાવીશું એક ટ્રેડિશનલ ગુજરાતી વાનગી જેનું નામ છે પાનકી .આમ તો પાનકી ઘણી બધી રીતે બનતી હોય છે જેમ કે દાળથી , મકાઈ થી , ભાજી થી અને ચોખાના લોટ થી . આજે આપણે ઝડપથી અને ઘરમાં જ મળી રહે એવી સામગ્રીથી ચોખાના લોટની પાનકી બનાવીશું .આ ખુબજ ટેસ્ટી અને પોચી હોય છે સાથે એની સ્પેશિયલ ચટણી પણ બનાવીશું તો ચાલો આને બનાવાનું શરૂ કરીએ , તમને જો રેસિપી પસંદ આવે તો લાઈક અને શેર કરી નવા રેસીપી જોવા ચેનલને સબ્સ્ક્રાઇબ કરવાનું ના ભૂલતા.
Panki is made by cooking a batter between banana leaves.While pankis made with rice flour batter are the most common, other varieties are prevalent,and you're welcome to try your own too! it is worth noting that the presentation of the panki with the banana leaf adds a great deal of aroma as well as visual appeal to it. When making pankis, always grease the banana leaves well,and allow the panki to leave the sides before serving.Also spread the batter uniformly to ensure even cooking.
Serve it with tasty green chutney.
Ingredients & Written Recipe :
1 cup = 200ml
1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Curd
Water as needed
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger chilli paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp Pure ghee
For Chutney:
1 Green chili
1 bowl coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Roasted peanut
10-12 Mint leaves
Lemon juice
3-4 tbsp Water
1) Take rice flour in a bowl.(Use fine rice flour)
2) Add curd into it.( Try to use sour curd)
3) Add water gradually.( I have used 1 + 3/4 cup water)
4) Mix it well.(Make sure no lumps in it),add remaining ingredients and mix it again.
5) Same like dosa batter consistency.
6) Cover and keep it aside for 15 - 20 min.
7) Take dark green banana leaf,wash it before use.
8) Cut it in square or round shape.
9) Apply oil on shiny side.
10) Spread prepared batter on it.(Spread it evenly)
11) Cover it with the help of another banana leaf.
12) Heat tawa on slow flame.
13) Keep this prepared banana leaf on it,cook this panki with leaf on slow flame.
14) Turn it after 30-40 second.
15) Cook it on another side.
16) allow the panki to leave the sides before serving.
17) Serve it with tasty green chutney.
