Pilot berth can also be a warmer place to sleep located higher up. and boats being heater and insulation challenged.
I would’ve liked to seen the under the steps view of the engine, the starboard side view was a little dark.

It's amazing that these yacht brokers get 10% for what they do...which is make lame videos and respond to emails. Those sails aren't canvas, they're dacron, a polyester. Since about the mid 1950's. Good job knowing your profession.

I wish that's all I did! By the way, it's industry standard to refer to the sails as "canvass" and not the material what they are made of. If you read the sailing books and literature you'll see the phrase "Canvass or sails out", not the "dacron out". Think of it this way, in golf, when you use your 9 "iron" to get out of a sand trap, is your club really made of Iron (FE) , or when you "tee" off, is the club you use really "wood"? JASMFP.....

I m buying a Morgan 382. for sailing mexican coasts
Canvas nice and supple,soft. That means worn out.
When canvas ages out it gets brittle, hard and stiff.
@@Smyyachts New is crisp. Soft is worn out and will not hold it's shape, but you do it your way.
No price and no way to find one
I don't put the price on the video as the price changes over time. These videos stay on UA-cam for many years so prices become invalid over time. Also folks try to compare prices but there are a lot of factors affecting values. There is a phone number in the video and description to call if interested.
this salesman is not a sailor
South Mountain Yachts specializes in power boats. Sellers know we do a great job of marketing their boats. Occasionally sailboaters, appreciating our marketing and vessel presentations ask us to list and sell their boats. We make it clear we know little about sailboats but a lot on how to market boats. They hire SMY for our marketing capabilities, not our sailing skills. With buyers, we are very up front as to our "sailing knowledge". They appreciate our honesty. Ironically, South Mountain Yachts has, on average a very short "time on the market" for their listed sailboats. Yes, Skip you are correct, I am not a sailor!

The boat shows well but you really need to find a sailor who knows what he is doing. You obviously are no sailor.
