Such a flex to open with Night Shift, blew my freaking mind when I heard those first three notes (I was there). They also closed with Israel which was also such a flex especially considering they hadn't rehearsed it. The setlist had some really cool surprises including Land's End which was totally not expected for me. Awesome set!!
Thank you for this footage. It's nice to see that she opened with "Night Shift" again for this mini tour. I don't think she or S&TB ever did that, since 1981. Vocally and performance-wise, she's improving. As someone who has a problematic back and a history of foot problems, it's not easy to hit middle and higher notes, when your lower back isn't right. I'm guessing, she's had some physical therapy of late, to treat the problems.
The fact that some people couldn't give grace to a 66 year old who did her absolute best despite back pain is horrible. Let's see them doing this at 66.
@@eclecticdialectic1306 Yeah, that stinks. However, I do believe that the U.K. leg of the mini tour will present a healthier, more athletic, vocally-able Madame Sioux. I hope 1 or more of those performances are recorded for posterity, and released to the public, in time for Fall 2023.
It was a huge bummer not being able to see her Saturday night when the festival was cut short. I couldn't make it to the make up show on Sunday . Thanks for the upload!
Hope you enjoyed the show as much as I did. She was amazing. Thank you for this video. Opening up with Night Shift was a perfect opener to the show and ended with Israel was excellent. She and the band were fantastic
Could use a little Severin, Budgie and McGeoch. The latter is beyond this life, but I would love to see Severin, Budgie & Siouxsie do it one more time.
I was hoping this would be good, but for me , she couldn't hold a note, was way off key, and completely lost her vocal range. Felt sad, as much as I wanted to see her.
She's definitely lost her voice but she's smart about it and sings slower so it's not all that painful. Still sad though in a sense that it would never be as great when I saw her many times prior. Eldritch from the Sisters should just stop touring because his voice is toast.
@@eclecticdialectic1306 I was there, if you read my comment. She might have been in pain, it sounded painful either way. But her band was good. they did their best.

I can't wait to see her at latitude and then troxy
I have chills watching this. That hood is everything!
Me too! Because Siouxsie sounds so truly awful. 👎😬👎
A huge treat and honor to see her. I won't forget it... Very memorable experience

THE stage presence of SIOUXSIE ❤
Thank you for this! Couldn't come back

LEGEND.
And there aren’t many
Siouxsie is the coolest. We are so lucky she is still performing.

That's a fantastic way to open and close a Siouxsie show!
One of my favorites
favorite version now. i love siouxsie. age befits her.

maybe Smith instead of McGeoch...
@@studi0robb it's more easy McGeoch come back from the deads than Smith play with her again
Me too
MERCI ! POUR SIOUXSIE ! ❤
Omg!!! Please please play a date in NYC!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🖤🖤🖤

Epic 🙌 #Siouxsie 🖤 Cruel world Fest 🌖🌗🎼
One of the gothiest-goth songs ever!
Siouxsie seen 2 times live in oxford long time ago 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and she is still good in 2023
👍 I saw them every time they came to L.A. back in the day.
Where in Oxford?😱😱
Love the hood ❤
🖤
Nice that they tuned down for Siouxsies loss of range, some of the songs sounded phenomenal in the new tunings
I noticed that too. Good ear
She was awesome, she sounds the same. It was a great performance by everyone! Iggy can still rock. Gary Numan also!!!! Glad I went!!!
Awesome performance! I remember seeing her in Hollywood in the early 80s with The Cramps opening for her. The Cramps stole the show.
The Cramps stole the show whenever they were on stage. Lux was a fucking nut up on stage
She’s back?!?
the perfect anti-cockroachella fest
Exactly
I shazam-ed the Intro Music - "Carnival of the Animals: Aquarium"
Does anyone know what the intro song is called? Trying to find it for my mom because she adores it a lot. It’ll be really helpful thank you

How embarrassing to see (and hear) an icon fall so hard. Truly sad.

Actually, they play all the songs slower and in a much lower octave because she’s lost her vocal range.
@@richmoreno9938 I was there Sunday night and doing that made it sound better. I’ve seen her 11 times, she’s the Queen for sure
Auto Tune PLEEEEEASEEEE!!!!! Sounds worse than Ashley Simpson at the half time superbowl.
She's constantly out of tune but her band is great.
Maybe this little tour was just to get her feet wet and she will improve 🤷♂️
Ough...the singing is pain to my ears.
This person has been going on multiple live Siouxsie videos I'm commenting very nasty reviews about her singing
@@viviannabriano5645 Well , this show was a dissapointment . I expected better. She was so off key.
