Combined Waste OTR Tire Crown Strip and Block Cutter Recycling Machine

This Combined Waste OTR Tire Side Wall Strip and Block Cutter Recycling Machine is used to cut waste OTR tirecrown into rubber chips up to the size of 100×200mm, which can be used as tire derived fuel or fed into waste tire rasper or waste tyre cracker mill or breaker mill for further size reduction.
The whole system is consisting of hydraulic system, tyre feeder, waste tire strip cutter, rubber block cutter, unloading conveyor etc. it can cut muti sizes of OTR tires which range from R35 to R63.
For the tire size of above R49, plus the tire pattern, the total thickness of tire crown could be more than 200mm, plus the big wire cords inside the tires, which brought an unimaginable challenge to tire shredder.
However, for our Waste OTR Tire Crown Strip and Block Cutter Recycling Machine, it takes less than 5 minutes to cut a whole tire crown (for the tire size of 59/80R63) into rubber chips at the size of 100×200mm, which saves a lot of time, and energy.
The whole system is controlled by remote control panel. The operator is far from the cutting blades, so it is absolutely safe to the operators.
Its production capacity could be 6 to 10 tons per hour. For bigger tires, the capacity will be higher.
