Put himself on the level of Klopp and Guardiola, taking leeds from 30 points to 31 points and earning 500,000 whilst doing it is a madness xD
He said that to take pressure off the players.
@@jumhed994 did a great job, they were on holiday for 4 games 😂
Guardiola trained Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Robben, Ribery, Haaland. Allardyce trains Bamford
That's actually a great business achievement, extracting so much capital for just 1 point
Guardiola and klopp would have got relegated too
as a spurs fan, i was expecting a loss. our players look dead and leeds were fighting relegation so i thought they would outmatch us at least in terms of energy and passion. but i couldn't believe how toothless leeds were. they did not look like they were fighting at all. leeds fans deserve better
Nah, the worst thing about Leeds are their fans. Hate the spuds, but not sorry to see them go tbh.
@@Kiwiboy1929 The banter would be amazing
We do cheers mate
as a neutral I put a bet on Leicester Everton n Leeds all to win

He's telling the truth. And Leeds won't find it easy next season.
We need 7/8 players in a FulL back 4. Two centre mids and a good number 9
No, he’s blaming the players because he’s been found out once again. He’s an absolute clown
@@kaisersose3872 Idiot ! ….only a miracle was keeping this squad up! Sam took on mission impossible with 4 games to go!
I wonder who there manager will be next season?
so Fat Sam who is self claimed great manager lost to a rookie like Ryan Mason. What on earth were LEEDS owners playing at by appointing this low skilled manager?
Leeds had Bielsa. Spurs had Poch. They sacked them and f'ed up
Yes 😕
It’s not as simple as that. Leeds would’ve gone down last season if they had stuck with Bielsa and Spurs had an awful start to the season when they sacked Poch.
Bielsa had to go, poch shouldn't have been sacked. I rate bielsa, but his style of attractive football can't be sustained by a team that doesn't have the quality to retain majority of possession.
Leeds would have stayed up with Bielsa
@@jasonlee7649 I very much doubt that, but I guess we'll never know for certain.
Leeds’ relegation is in no way Sam’s fault, last 4 games with the state they are in, it was gonna take a miracle for anyone to keep them up
Dude is a tactical dinosaur. Can’t believe him and dean smith got chances to relegate teams again
@@strattoncarlbergg8822 Dyche kept Everton up. What’s your point?
It’s the fans and the clubs fault , small club mentality they’re all as much to blame as the next. Toxic club and awful team Lmao, never been so happy for a club to go down. Back where they belong, see ya never!
PLAYED 4
DRAWN 1
LOST 3
Thanks Big Sam!!!!!!!!.
@@JaguarDevice that dyche isn't a tactical dinosaur?
Poor poor big Sam. No bonus for him. Leeds deserve it for binning Bielsa.
But Bielsa was sacked because they were going down!
0 ball knowledge
I disagree. The thing with Bielsa is that his teams play amazing for a while but then the players get too fatigued and injuries pile up for being pushed too hard.
Like with Bilbao when he was there. They had an amazing run but suddenly they crumbled, the players had nothing left, they couldn't win a game and Bielsa got sacked.
@@Liasos88 He is a bit like Poch in that way, isn't he. Both systems require every bit of energy in a player to be spent giving max effort.
@@jamespalmer980 never in the bottom 3 under bielsa, just played most of the top 6 in his final games and had players returning from injury bielsa woulda kept us up
Well done. Good outcome for disrespecting Bielsa.
We lost our identity and our hunger when Bielsa went. We don’t know who we are anymore. Unless something happens drastically we’re going to drop through the ranks. Desperately need a reset 😭😭😭
Back to Huddersfield and crowds of 22,000 ha
Rosy retrospection, Bielsa used to get pumped 7-0 every other week and Leeds had the worst goal difference in the league.
@@beanut.putter well, have the managerial changes worked?
That was always really going to happen when the owners' vision was just Bielsa and vibes
exactly
Bielsa is a very good coach and they sacked him
Many technicians complained about the physical demands, they saw that Mr. Bielsa was right, for this one, at the premiere, words are not needed, effort, sacrifice and a lot of physical work are needed... it is not for soft people, it is only for hard professionals who they sweat their shirt, I had planned to go to Leeds, but now I doubt it, these players lacked balls...
twit
The championship is not easy I feel Leeds might struggle if they play how they play
Sam isnt top class hes taken a payday out of leeds they couldn't afford to pay him😮
What is even sadder is that Everton stayed up.
The pathetic obsession opposition fans have with Everton going down can start up again next season
This tenure lasted three more gains than the England job.
How can a man as equal as pep and klopp get relegated like that????🤔
I doubt klopp or pep could of saved them in the short time span big sam was given
Possibly but let's not forget they weren't in the bottom three when he took over.

I wasn't surprised that Leicester and Everton won, but I thought Leeds would have beaten Spurs!
Superb show from Uncle Sam; done a job getting Leeds the Championship football they so deserve. Well done my mate.
Pep Gaudiola has nothing on me. I can distance myself from our relegation as good as anyone. I had nothing to do with it. 😢
I admire his honesty, the players have just been shocking, but they will leave and we will stay MOT
Leeds paid me a fortune to take my non existent tactics and apply them to this awful side. 😂
I knew he’d end the season blaming the players and counting the money.
Big ego ...great chancer. Fools take him seriously
Well it's definitely not his fault Leeds have been relegated 😅
Yeah because it's never the players fault is it?
Not his fault 1..that the squad of players are not good enough…2 Leeds offered him £500,000 for 4 games!
Don't blame him for Leeds being relegated and appreciate his honesty. Three/four managers (including Skubala) tried to get a tune out of this squad since sacking Bielsa, board clearly didn't have a capable plan post-Bielsa, Raphinha arguably the one who kept Leeds up last season and ultimately just papered over the cracks in the squad. Current board a joke. I say this as a Leeds fan - this has been coming a long time this season, we absolutely deserve to go down. Just hope whoever comes in has a capable plan for the Championship.
This game was lost before it started. He wasn't playing to win, he was playing not to lose. Awful substitutions, poor strategy. He talks a better game than he plays.
Brutally honest from big Sam.
Typical Sam, first thought is about himself
Says a lot about Allardyce that he says 'Leeds' and 'they' rather than we.
This job was a simple pay day for Sam and nothing more.
Players detect that - once a manager does that, it’s game over.
Come home to Bolton Wanderers big Sam. Legend 👍❤️⚽️
Legend 😂😂😂
@@stevebrannagan4869 he took Bolton to Europe.
@@guitarman4 Credit to him for helping lift West Ham out of the Championship.

Big Sam, Biggest B'S-er in football
He’s an absolute Dinosaur, his idea of football is to fill the squad with giant players who are all about height and physicality, kick the opposition into defeat.
Why on earth do clubs still think that he’s a credible manager?
The first rule, make yourself difficult to beat. We have been way off that.
Him saying nobody got past him was the funniest thing I've heard in a long time.
As funny as we find it his telling da truth 😅 he was a hardened defender back in the day
@@laughn0wcryl8r74 Oh, I thought he was talking about his managerial career.
He should be no where near football after being caught offside as England manager
Only thing I remember Leeds under Marcelo Bielsa was the players were always playing at 100 miles per hour nonstop. Leeds used to be a competitive side, I remember them under O'Leary with my homeboy Lucas Radebe as captain!
Sam never lost his hunger for the game or his dinner.
Twatish comment
He's had a lot on his plate recently!
@the-blue-barron2791 With no thumbs up it appears that yours was the twatish comment. No surprise there

How has this man not aged in the last 20 years?
A fitting conclusion to the board's panic-sacking of Jesse Marsch without the faintest idea of who'd replace him. Allardyce referred to the need for a club strategy. What dhat? MOT
@@guitarman4 Too often, though. There's a rude Darwinism to the Prem: Get better or die. MOT
Sam allardyce was a fantastic manager in his day with no one better at getting the best out of average players and getting survival, but it’s 2023 now. He’s had a couple of decent stretches out of the game and the game has not waited for him while he’s been out. I don’t think anyone was saving Leeds with only four matches but 2015 allardyce probably would’ve got more out of the players
The fact he turned Bolton into a team no one wanted to play speaks volumes of the quality he had
Clara, the only decent commeny on this thread.
So what happened here then lol
He is useless
No one better at getting average players to perform?
BRIAN CLOUGH: Hold My Beer. Got Nottingham Forest to win THe League and European Cup twice and Derby to win the league:)
LOVE Sam's candor. Wish there were more like him.
He was excellent at Notts County
Pukka Pies 😂
Big Sam is a bell end
What, more dinosaurs creaming it...? About time his ilk were put out to pasture...
Sam's right. Most goals come from defensive errors and not from offensive creativity.
He knew that coming in lmao.
His job was to improve on that not make it worse
March never should of been sacked. He was never the problem
He didn't have a clue and we brought in players he wanted.
Went into that expecting Leeds to outfight us for 90 mins …. Was far too easy for a delicate Spurs team
win lose draw big Sam still get his wedge
Actually he lost his one point two million bonus sooo
A madness from Leeds and Sam Allardyce to take the job from the start. If look at how Sam Allardyce work his magic in the past, we can see that he normally come in during December and have one transfer window to get the player he want. He didn't have that and time to do those this time around
Is that the magic he worked in his last job 5 years ago getting West Brom relegated!
What about Newcastle. I didn't see his magic shine there 😂
As usual, it’s never his fault. Nothing to do with him. 🙄😏 Leeds should just get rid, employ a young coach that will work with the players and get the back in the PL in the next two seasons.
Yeah agreed. Nothing to do with the 34 games of pure tat before he took over.
@@daveg5735 My comments relate to today’s game. It would be dumb to blame him or raise comments about a period when Allardyce when he wasn’t at Leeds!
@@jideakinola2398 its even more dumb to blame a manager for players making basic errors every time they step onto a football pitch, that squad did it all season hence why they conceded 78 goals
@@lemmingsftw2480 What’s dumber is the failure to read what was being said, and putting your own interpretation on it! It’s not difficult to grasp the fact that I was talking about the game against Spurs.
I don't know what else people expect. He's just not a good coach. Good job to the Leeds management.
No manager keeps a side up that concedes that many goals
Thomas Letsch kept Bochum up conceding 72 goals this season in Germany (34 game season) and wasnt even ever a pro footballer. It can be done but its rare
Keep sam for next season, he will bring yous back up. A good manager, maybe not the greatest style of football but gets the job done and has never really had proper backing to have good go at it. Loved him for us great character and hopefully got a job or 2 left in him yet
job or two...
Sam Allardyce 68
Roy Hodgson 75
Lol not a chance
Come off it. Sam is just a lucky payday merchant.
Its never Sam's fault - like when he took bribe on camera
or disrespected Roy Hodgson
A lot of Leeds player recruitment has been extremely poor, and other boardroom decision making etc has been very strange. Remember the badge debacle?
Listening to big Sam is probably the biggest thing Leeds can do now, he’s right with everything he’s saying.
Blokes a moron
He is a clown.
Yep just pay me and once we get that ball in the air, even Phil Jones ain't touching it
Not Sam's fault radz and the players need to fo one!
Lots of comments are critical of the sacking of Bielsa and these are commonly associated with a perceived loss of club identity. However, rewind to the weeks leading to his sacking, it felt like everybody was saying his tactics were totally unsustainable and he has to go. Maybe the sale of your two best players had a little bit more to do with it....?
So much for Sam having the same level of knowledge as Guardiola, Klopp etc.
There is a vast difference between practice and theory...its called title holder manager and relegation contender manager.
To be fair to Allardyce four games to turn it around was never going to be enough
particularly when the DNA of the squad does not include defense.
I'm sure he'll be sitting next to his phone waiting for the Chelsea job, Spurs or a big one on the continent.
He's on about our attacking ability yet plays 8 defensive minded players in a must win game...
Can't blame Allerdyce for leeds getting relegated but his team selection yesterday was a joke
Guess pep doesnt have to feel threatened now 😂😂😂😂😂
The most arrogant display of management for 4 games. He claimed nobody knew more about football than him. I would say Roy Hodgson showed more class and proof to make that claim. Good bank balance. Out of date management.
Can ONLY say, I agree entirely with Big Sam. Adding to that, and imo, Leeds have been put together to score yet concead goals.
Leeds haven't invested in the team but have been miss managed ,a lot like Newcastle for many seasons under Mike Ashley. All north east teams should be in the premiership including leeds😊😊
All Brits should get extra Geography lessons:)
Leeds in THe North East ?
Not sad to see Leeds or Aladyce disappear again. There was nothing about their Season to warrant them staying up
This guy is like a vulture waiting for clubs to come in with pound signs.
Pretty brutal asessment, but fully justified. Their front line has been poor from bginning to end.
I can't imagine they will put this right quickly.
Yep get rid of Sam and get better coaches with afew better players
He is completely right. the basics is dont score inside the first 5 mins of each half and we failed twice within 2 mins then we got back to 2-1 and conceded inside 2 mins again
So in the end even we couldn’t do worse than him
It seemed like we lack passion and urgency. Like we would score in the first couple of minutes then concede 4 or 5 every game. Hope we return again next season. And also hope Bielsa isnt busy at all 😂

Had 4 games to do it but had to play City, Newcastle and Tottenham. Got one point which is about as much as they could expect to get
Greatest manager in the world. He is comedy so I do like him, wish some premiership club would hire him for a whole season, his excuses are hilarious. He's not doing too bad, what was it, £250,000 for four games? Insane. Leeds may aswell have hired Howard Wilkinson.
£500k actually!! Well that's what it costs if your up there with Pep and Klopp🙄
It's nearly a year since this and it's still exactly right
he does love a meat pie tho
Top 8 next season would be good result 👍
He still has Alisson nightmares! 🔥🔥🔥
Our response to going 1-0 down was good.....REALLY going down: for another 2 decades.
Sam stay and rebuild the squad. We need just about a new squad
What’s he got against Gnoto?
Not sure maybe same as previous manager
not saying this is sams fault but every games interview he has blamed the players... meanwhile hes playing 6 defenders, 2 mids and 2 forwards ahaha. hows he gunna say the finishing is poor when all the shots came from long throws
and yet even with 10 men behind the ball, they still struggle to concede less than 3 goals a game
Hopefully this will be the last we ever see of ‘Big Sam’.
Changing managers just does not work.
Clearly better than Guardiola, Klopp etc. Brought in by desperate clubs to avoid relegation and failing to do so. 1 game as manager of England ... I am just amazed he is not on 100m a year managing Madrid or Barcelona.
@A. Fox (Guitarman) he won't come to Wrexham unless parkinson crumbles
Oh Big Sam's big bonus is gone!
As fans we really do deserve more than what we get from the club, the only positive is this screws over Radrizzani, small penance for sacking Marcello.
All I see is Bielsa, Bielsa, Bielsa comments … one of the best we have had but move on. This is nothing short of a catastrophe starting from the top. Atrocious signings, reliance on raw, unproven talent and not the experienced PL level we needed. Lack of evolution. Relying on the same Championship players from 3 seasons ago. No fight, mish mash of players not even fit for League 1. The same old fans living in the past. It was the owners job to revitalise & build. He took the easy route and penny pinched his way back to the Championship. All whilst sticking two fingers up in our final days on route to purchasing Sampdoria. Couldn’t even show up to the final decider game. ABYSMAL.
Didn't have a chance taking over with only 4 games remaining but he's also well past his sell by date as a manager. Leeds have made bad managerial decisions since Bielsa was sacked
