Thanks for the video and visiting my Upper New York! I was just at that RV dealership last week "browsing" - wish I had seen you guys. Andrea always looks so fabulous and Matt, you crack me up!
For a Class B, they layout is ok. It is small even for a solo traveler. After seeing the sale price by "accident", I would look at a Class C (used maybe) before this thing. Not very good seating even as a day tripper. I understand the easy to drive but you are giving up so much, might as well buy a Conversion Van. There is a bonus to having a true black tank flush vs a shi... I mean cassette toilet. I also hope there are cut outs in the door for the city water connection.
Not a bad unit for a single person. The overhead bunk is really small.....lol. Bathroom is a little tight, but works. Overall, not bad at all. Great review guys.
Why do they put the city water connection inside of the vehicle? If you are by chance not at an RV park that is 80 degrees at night you have to leave that door open. That bug screen in the back is not going to keep out 40-50-degree weather. Why don't they use a flip down sink in the bathroom? Can they adjust that rear camera? You could see part of that car but not how close it was to you. They should take one of the double seats out. It would have more room and you could use it for storage.
Welcome to upstate NY Matt and Andrea, I live about 10 minutes away from that dealership. I love class b motorhomes. I'm 6'3 300+ pounds and everyone says class b's are not for me. I have yet to find one I do not fit in. That being said I do not like this floorplan by any manufacturer. TV placement is horrible. 2nd row seats are too small and too close to each other. For a Ram chasis to expensive.
Seems as if the tv has an awkward placement. I guess it wouldn't be if the driver and passenger seats are able to swivel? Also is it able to swing 180° for viewing from the bed? They did not address these features/ issues. Also with a 4 seater that sleeps 1 and a 1/2 people, possibly a bunk style setup would be preferable.
Both front seats do swivel around. It has a smart TV with soundboard and TV extends out and around for viewing from the bed. Has the quiet generator and quiet AC.
I love the floor plan and that is a good size bathroom. Just don’t like not much space for your wardrobe. That’s my only dislike. My likes are the cabinets with the locks on then when you close the doors. Like the seats with the lagoon table. I like the refrigerator and the freezer. This is a very nice class B. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
Great review and has a lot of nice features!! I just don't get the class B camper and their cost of them are way too much!! You can get a really nice class C for what that cost!! Love the review but I don't like class b units.
The 59GL is the absolute best floor plan. Also wish others would do something similar. Ford Transit chassis. I love this BUT I do miss the "jump" seat 😁😁😁😁😁😁 Love it! Thanks Matt!
I wish it had a bigger bathroom and more seating. I really wish they made a B van that didn't have a bed. It's just the wife, me and our 2 dogs and we are all fans of day trips with hotels when necessary. So no bed just comfortable seats, kitchen and storage. Nice RV otherwise.
I love Andrea's dress!! Adorable and so flattering (where did you find it? 😀) The van is nice too, if you are into the #Vanlife. I don't even hate that bathroom! I'm still not sold on the jumpseat, just feels like that space could be used for something else.
Love this unit but the price is outrageous. The Fiat Ducato in Europe is about half the price based on a similar interior. Obviously there is no A/C, generator or black tank included. Also they should put a pop up roof on this like similar to the Solis.
WOW.. I bought a brand new Travato for 90,000 back in 2017. Here is my review as I am a prvious owner. This model had the most uncomfortable bed you ever slept in, the dinette seats kept sliding off, cheapo radio, extremely poor gas mileage. The drop down bed in my model was a pain to secure...the edges were disintegrating from the latches holding it up. Honestly wish I'd never bought it, sold it at an extreme loss. The only thing it's got going for it is it's handsome sleek exterior. These are so overpriced and hardly roomy for one person alone 2. You really going to take a $160,000 van out camping?
@@JohnSeitz The layout is the same except for the fresh water tank behind the passenger seat. So go ahead and buy one because I've been there and done that.
I'm with you. The sink is right outside. You don't need to waste space like that. For a tiny sink, that whole pedestal gets in all the way for nothing.
+1 to the folding sink. That would save floor space for the toilet/shower. I would like the option to remove the dinette seating for a single larger seat (like the front chairs and then swivel the passenger seat around for meals).
I don’t like this one at all. There’s really no where to sit. It just feels super cramped to me. Not feeling this one. Lots of wasted space. The price on these are crazy too lol Great review though!

@@JohnSeitz I am very thankful that we all have so many choices to satisfy so many people. Personally, I just prefer a new 24 ft trailer with theater seating and a real bed pulled by a new half ton 4x4 pickup and still have $20,000 left over to buy even more toys👍
I was hoping that maybe they managed to put a dry bath in this rig, and yes, I know it’s a class B.
