This is really cool, you keep making really creative dioramas that supprise me every time. Keep up the great work! (Ps. Would you ever make a diorama of the cambrian sea, i think that would be something cool)
This is so cool! I LOVE that you did an old 'historically accurate' dino!! What a super fun idea!! I love it! I have been wanting to make a book nook for a long time and have watched a bunch of people making them. But yours is hands down THE BEST!.
Honestly, this is a very impressive work. The amount of details you put in it is just so amazing! Its like you took it to the next level! Keep up the good work!
God damn, his motor skills are ridiculously fine. I would have no chance sculpting the scales like that. My hands would shake too much and break the thing.
I absolutely love your gorgeous and meticulously crafted exhibits. You my friend are just so dang talented. Keep them coming my friend, you always surprise and it's always a pleasure to watch you create
I cannot begin to describe how much I LOVE this!!! I am working on my own book nook at present using 3d printed parts and this gives me so many more ideas of how to better go about it. I cant wait to see what else you come up with.
I've been planning on making a diorama of a vintage T. rex fighting a modern reconstruction of a T. rex, but undoubtedly you could do a better job, given the extent of your skills.
@@gsprojects8474 I never found the time to get around to it, and I believe Tamiya have stopped using the terribly inaccurate mould that they formerly utilised to produce the tail-dragging, "kangaroo" T. rex that I'd intended to employ as a starting point, but I'll have to look into it further now that you've reminded me. Thank you for taking an interest, and have a lovely day.
That's a baller diorama, cool lighting, looks great tucked in there with the books on the shelf! I love the appreciation for the archaic reconstructions of Hawkins.
This is fantastic and beautiful and wonderfully executed and I hate it 💖 the repulsive writhing wrinkle-worm nature of early 1900s paleo art, you've captured it so well! Good art makes you feel things and this makes me feel something for sure lol, you've translated the antediluvian eldritch horrors pictured by those early artists into a wonderful bit of 3D art 💖
Good fun. I have been looking for models of Waterhouse Hawkins dinosaurs. I have been planning a display of human changing dinosaur reconstruction in time. I have gotten a couple of old timey looking prints of them. I saw a couple models at the Minneapolis Art Institute when I visited for a show on Japanese Edo Art. Anyway this was a good time watching you work through this, thanks for your effort.
I love that I didn't realize until the very very end that the Hadrosaurus was part of an exhibit. I literally spent the entire video thinking it was a dinosaur museum curator or something and being confused by the rock.
World can't express how much I love this piece. I really like old museum exhibits and outdated visions of ancient animals. So yeah, hard not to love it. I also really like the prototype - I find it pretty in it's own way! I'm curious - would you be interested in trying to make dioramas with prehistoric mammals, or skeletons? I'm sure you'd do great! And we don't see nearly as much mammals as dinosaurs, when it comes to these kinds of things.
I hope you read this. You've inspired me to try making my first dinosaur sculpture on polimer clay following the same process I've watched you use since some time ago. I'm going really slow and it's costing me so much effort but I'm not giving up. When I finish it I will definately credit you for inspiring me and teaching me. Goodluck and here's a special request from a long time fan. I would love to see you sculpt my second favourite dinosaur: Postosuchus!!! (I said second because I plan to make my favourite some time and have it just for me) Thanks for all your work, is truly admirable
I haven't seen that Hadrosaurus reconstruction since the 1992 documentary PBS The Dinosaurs! Really nostalgic! It appears in the documentary at 22:12 m.ua-cam.com/video/i5cXQj80PxM/v-deo.html And this is the music used in the scene at 2:50 m.ua-cam.com/video/Gz1z_phZvU0/v-deo.html Also how is this Paleozoic when dinosaurs weren't around then?
Just so people know, There was no Dinosaurs in the Paleozoic era. Dinosaurs didn't even exist yet. Hadrosaurus was a Dinosaur in the late Cretaceous period in the Mesozoic era.
Best ever you should be nominated for best dinosaur sculpts and painting!!!! Btw can you suggest a harder clay but not too hard because when I try my type of sculpty is too soft to put all those tiny details 😕
I've actually been considering a similar diorama, though it would be using the Antediluvian Miniatures line miniatures rather than sculpting my own. For some reason, I still adore the Crystal Palace dinosaur looks from pictures and it's one of the places that I want to eventually visit. But it's mainly their Iguanodon and Megalosaurus...and possibly their Ramphoryncus that I would be using, along with a bit larger area for it.
That's crazy, how wrinkly it is! And I fully appreciate that museum miniature. Such great detail! And now I'm curious, what color they were painted in the museums at that time... must be grey. Those were dark times, you see...
Exellent build. The "Museum" and the dinosaurs looks awesome. l think the video is mirrored because the inscription on the walls sadly could not be read.
My boyfriend's mom actually had to hear me having an existential crisis while I watched this the first time. The outdated design is leggy to say the least.
I love the outdated paleo art, its such a nostalgic feel; the sense of wonder it has is amazing. This is my fav piece by you so far!!
You should leave look at depictions of spinosaurus from the late 60s
“Thicc Lizard.” Ah yes, I know that one. It’s a Dayumdatassosaurus.
Lol I couldn't red it and I was wondering why the text is backwards? Maybe that's why haha.
Yoshi looks a little different
underrated
@@unnused5611 ok
You should see the allosaurus sketch it’s head is bigger than it’s whole body!!
Honestly, I don't know how you do it. (well I guess I do because you actually show it) but the amount of detail is amazing!
As a lover of museums old and new, this is beautiful.
I literally have a giant book of outdated paleoart only, so I can't describe how much I appreciate this

Brilliant! The Royal Society for Antiquated Dinosaurs will be most pleased!
Gorgeous! And love that the architecture and exhibits are all 'period pieces'. But my favorite part, I must say, are the dinosaur wiggle fingers.
Dude, this is friggin great. Now that you made this, this gave me an idea about something to do
Yeah I wanna make a clay version of the allosaurus sketch
Honestly, this is a very impressive work. The amount of details you put in it is just so amazing! Its like you took it to the next level! Keep up the good work!
God damn, his motor skills are ridiculously fine. I would have no chance sculpting the scales like that. My hands would shake too much and break the thing.
Oh my god I love how derpy old dinos look.
Can I be excused for thinking the arches said "Thicc Lizard?"
Yeah, I spotted that. Nice touch!
Wait, it doesn't? lol
They totally do XD

I think most kind things have been said already, this is just amazing and so inspiring!
I’d love to have that on my bookshelf!
I would rather have an accurate hadrosaurid on my shelf

It's so delightful to follow the channel of someone who is so talented and works so hard on stuff like you.
Your skill and expertise is amazing. Your attention to detail is a outstanding.
Such an enviously creative and gentle touch :-) Astounding work, as usual. And it just keeps getting better and better, I think.
you have great designs, paints, creating and cool things, I also like the museum you madd
Wonderfull detailed work. I like the book illustrations of old reconstuctions of dino's but this is even better.
Outstanding , absolutely love this piece .👍👍👍👍

Yeah exactly haha, it’s very easy to sculpt in this loose style tho so it was fun
Wow! This is super awesome! I really enjoyed watching this one.
I love the details that make it so realistic
That is one of your most amazing creations thus far
wow! this was amazing to watch, please do more retro dinosaur stuff I love me some old school paleo art.

Congratulations, it's amazing!
Коуто получилось! Обожаю такие миниатюры! 🖒
Man it looks awesome, and I also think we should see a cambrian sea diorama with your unique style and creativity.
It is a masterpiece! If I would change just one thing it would be to put some small lamp-shade on those outer lights. But all in all amazing!
Thanks, I wish I added some archways with mirrors too, on the side walls
Beautiful Job !!!
I love vintage and love dinos so this is really sick lol 😊. The lights make it even better!
I absolutely love this, you should totally do a 90s themed one next.
this is really really amazing, i love the final product
This is amazing
Yes
Although it is highly inaccurate and outdated by today's standards, I really hope that, one day, someone will make a replica of this lost statue.
Impressive creation beautiful and so realistic amazing
Wow. Amazing. Good job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Make this a series.
Idk why but it’s so cool to me that how far we have came with paleontology! and guessing mostly guessing..

They didn't really care about anachronisms. The link in the description points to a wiki article about the Paleozoic Museum.
@@necrogenisis oh ok so the "Paleozoic" in the title was not about the dinosaur but the name of the museum. I see now.
