Absolutely incredible - the hanging moss/lichen from cotton balls is so clever, the textures are gorgeous, the model is really charming and your paint job brings out so much detail and personality...just amazing all around. The mushrooms on the trees are such a delightful detail! You are one of the most inspirational diorama artists out there.
@@Kayakasaurus I figured it was something similar, I definitely prefer the "all dark" pupil design, like some birds and mammals, regardless of how accurate that may be.
The use of mirrors to make it seem like the diorama expands beyond what’s actually in it is to look even more like a forest is so smart and looks so cool I love this
Your creativity and skills + Mike's sculpts = 💯/💯 I'm always surprised how you find a way to make realistic dioramas with normal things. I can't imagine what you come with within the next time, each video and creation is superior to the previous one. I'm also happy with your art being followed by many people and brands patrocing your videos. Congratulations!
When you added the mushrooms I was super impressed, the whole thing was great but just seeing that extra little detail that I never would have thought of was amazing
I will say it : this looks insanely nice ! The vegetation, the mirrors, the unused background paint, the adorable dino and the light : all perfect! A masterpiece (as always) ! 👀
This is one of the beautiest dioramas that you made, all the work on the trees that you makes is incredible and the paint of the Anodontosaurus was very good. With the waterfall of the Boreopelta, this forest is the best. Take care all.🦕❤️
Outstanding!!! I expect your work to start popping up in museums and exhibitions in no time man!! Each time you upload more and more of your progress as a skilled artist is shown!!
honestly i’d love to see a video of you painting on a canvas or something!!!! you could like make prehistoric painting .your “regular” paintings are AMAZING.... so are your dioramas !!!! keep it up!
I applaud your growth in every video you upload. Your dioramas are really something special to me. I saw people doing the same thing with every single video. You don't. Those details! I love it!
The model kit was the most expensive part. The nice thing about buying supplies for a project is that next time you already have a lot of the materials left over. You may find you already have some materials such as foam, sand, paper, cotton, and cardboard tubes. If I could recommend one product to purchase it would be the woodland scenics turf because it really brings it to life
@@WildWyomingProductions Sure, Picture frames make nice bases. Also a lot of materials sold for diorama making are over priced and you can find the same thing, reindeer moss for example, being sold in a larger bag for less $ for floral decorations, even at a dollar store. In this video I also used real twigs from my yard for branches on the miniature magnolia tree. The leaf punch is worth paying $ for if you want one, it works well with real dry leaves to make mini fallen leaves. Plastic plants can be found on Amazon. Paint is your friend, paint everything to look more realistic. Ok that’s all 😄
I swear your videos get better and better! Can you please do a video with a spinosaurus or a sauropod, those are two dinosaurs I’d love to see you use in a diorama!
Thanks for sharing again! I've seen so many ways to make trees now, but this method is really neat. I will definitely be using the moss effect sometime.
When he showed all those individual leaves, I was like “Noooooooooooo, no way! This guy is crazy!” Talk about determination, while me on the other hand, meh I will do it later, and later never comes. Edit- when he started making those flowers, I was “Oh come on!” Anyway, good job man!👍👌😁😁
Tip for anyone turning paper towel tubes or toilet paper tubes into logs. Sculpey can have trouble grabbing onto the cardboard. Try coating the tube in a few layers of mod podge. When dry It will seal the cardboard and allow the Sculpey to grab onto the surface.

The whites of his eyes are an adorable detail, I've never seen them used like this in paleoart.
Thanks, they were inspired by hippopotamus eyes

Plants actually do "sweat" and arguably do get nervous...so, yeah, they probably do do that...
