My friend and I have booked the Gorgeous Suite for October 25th from Miami and we are super excited! We are not celebrating anything specific apart from ‘why shouldn’t we have a nice holiday’ 😂 I have done a sea terrace but it’s her first time on VV (not on a cruise) I think you guys should book on to our cruise as we want to make lots of friends! 😂 Thanks for a great video 😊 x

Thank you so much! And thank you for the support! I think they’re bringing the 7 seas sippers activity back as part of the eat and drink festival this year - hopefully that’s still on in December! If not though… as megas, you can recreate it yourself 😂. We got one of the barmen to recreate a drink from it on our voyage last week (even though it was no longer on the menu). 🥳

We stayed in a rockstar suite (cheeky corner suite) and we did not finish all our alcohol and were also allowed to take it home with us. Loved the Rockstar suite. I wish you would have showed us around yours. Also, with ours we could have room service but not charge for them to bring it to us. We were on deck 11 and it was perfect.

@@TheDoddolds They are here every year now for our cruise season. Valiant Lady just left - she'll be back in November.
😢whilst at the pool a Rock Star guest who unfortunately was not happy about the gay shipmates on the ship. I found his comments incredibly insensitive. I consider myself a super gay ally! I regularly associated with the 😊with the LGBTQ+ community on the ship they’re so much fun!!!
It’s sad there are still people out there who want to discriminate against others! Thanks for being an ally ❤️
35-40% of dinner reservations are held back till after boarding, so sailors who can't get what they want in advance can try again after boarding. There are some very expensive drinks that are available in the casino bar as "half pours" which keeps them within the $25 limit.
Fab tips! Yeah we only discovered the half bottles of gin in the bars for sub $25 towards the end 😩😂
Unfortunately, they don't do half pours anymore.

We went on a Virgin Cruise a few years ago but due to videos like this I see that we did not maximize our experience whilst (love that word) on the ship.

Generally speaking if you are asking if an update is worth the price it isn’t. The rock star and mega rockstar suites are great and the benefits are nice but they are expensive. If it is a stretch to afford it just get a regular sea terrace and use the extra money to have a great cruise
This is true, and the regular sea terrace rooms are fab anyway!

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it :) I don’t think it would be fair to share their name as we’ve given our feedback to their manager so I would imagine they’ve had some additional training etc to stop it happening again :) We were in 15291A :)

Never done a Virgin. Or a Virgin Cruise! Sounds like it could be expensive. We are more in the smuggle your booze on board in your knickers kind of people.
😂😂😂 There’s always a first! Plus, you can legitimately smuggle 2 bottles of wine onto the ship with Virgin Voyages! Perhaps it’s only fun when there’s risk 😂🤓

The $25 drink limit is probably the only thing worth while.

Sorry if it wasn’t quite what you were expecting. I guess we wanted it to be more about our thoughts on the mega RS package rather than the ship. If you want to see more of the ship/bars on board - our seven seas sippers video has more of that. 😊
