I am doing a TA on VV this April! My first VV cruise. I am not a drinker (boring I know) so it doesn’t pay for me. I am like you guys and think the unlimited laundry would be my favorite perk!! I hate packing dirty clothes. Thanks for your tips!

So strange to think Brilliant has been drifting/ sailing around for all this time, how fun that they where both in port. On Test kitchen front. The blue cheese course happy to see it go. It never agreed with me. I did enjoy the a capella group, was this the same one as on the Halloween cruise on Scarlet ? I like that restaurant to try things I m8ght otherwise never try. All the double entendre 😂. Glad you put your camera away and just enjoyed for a bit. Thanks for another entertaining vlog

When you plug a US (110 I THINK) appliance into an EU (220 I THINK) socket, the appliance is likely to get ruined. This MAY NOT be the case anymore, but in the 90’s, my dad plugged his electric razor into an EU socket and it fried it. It didn’t catch on fire, but it never worked again.

Hey Mark and David! I'm back here for another episode of the best cruiser videos out there! So, LOVED the singing, David! I love to sing as well and partake in Karaoke, albeit mostly on Singsnap (google it, if you're not familiar with it). I agree with Mark: the food at the Supper Club didn't look that good, but it could have just been an off-night that night. I love the footage you share of the ship and its views. As for the "low-impact" bungee swing class, I think it's "low-impact" because you're suspended in the "sling" and limit the "impact" of your limbs against the floor. You'd be surprised how quickly you'd get into shape by eating smaller meals 5 times over the course of a day (protein rich with complex carbo vegetables), limiting your sugars, drinking plenty of water, brisk walking along the jogging track, hiking/cycling on excursions, taking the stairs and doing resistance training (weights). Yoga-type stretches are fantastic too! I hate running, treadmills and exercise bikes. It's got to be fun and interactive for me! I bet those hot tubs helped melt off the fat! Enjoyed your chin-wags muchly and looking forward to the next episode!

I have been on 3 cruises period. First 33 days LA to BA (thru Antartica. Second 22 days Med cruise that continued TA to Miami with 3 more stops in Caribbean…9 ports all together. This spring I am doing VV TA. I don’t mind sea days. Ports are bit too quick for me to get a true feel for the city/country. Plus with Virgin, the food looks great. Thanks for giving me some hints of what I will find on VV TA

Yes, the Italina restaurant is worth it. Unfortunately, I was at a singles table full of singles who hated Italian food, didn't touch 90% of the food on their plates, and just talked about nail salon prices. So, while my food looked and tasted good, and everyone else's food looked good, I don't know how anyone else's food tasted, so I can't comment on those menu items. My suggestion for all serious foodies on Scarlet Lady: DO NOT EAT WITH OTHER SINGLES!!!!! Best food is the Italian restaurant, the Korean restauarnat, Lucky Lotus, and the pizza joint.

Really have to give Virgin Voyages a try. Have a MSC next month a 2 NCL cruises later this year. David’s karaoke skills are amazing.

Very much enjoyed this video this morning.Speaking of voices, I think it is worth noting how nice , calm and serene Marks narration of these video is - it really adds to the enjoyment of listening to these. FYI - Low Impact does not mean "not difficult" or "easy"., But, rather it means that the exercises do not place a lot of stress on your joints, thus the use of the bungees. I had to slow the video to .25% speed to see the team name - Loved it! Looking forward to your Malaga video. Enjoy guys!!!

Sorry, but this whole “Virgin gave us this cruise for free but we’re completely unbiased” is complete BS. It’s implied by Virgin that if you want to keep getting free cruises, you’ll be very positive. They don’t have to say it explicitly. So when you’re making those editing decisions, it would be impossible not to say “Well, maybe we’ll leave that bit out” and rationalize any negatives away. I’m not talking about minor things like “my vegetables were a bit cold”, I’m talking about true negatives like the fact there is no forward facing area with ocean views (it’s all blocked by seating and dark tinted glass) even after the refurbishment, or that much of the seating, while fashionable, is extremely uncomfortable, etc.

Hey David & Mark! Finally found the time to enjoy another visit with you! It's so nice to sit back and relax on board with you two! We are sailing on Scarlet Lady in September from Portsmouth to Portugal, Morocco and Thpain where I hope to enjoy a servetha or two (cerveza....beer for those who don't know what I'm on about). Really enjoyed the content and the manner of presentation in your video. You both are utterly charming, eloquent and very intelligent blokes with a great sense of humour to boot! Taking us through your dining experience was like being there and tasting the food. Really appreciated your honesty too. Such detail and showing you savour the foods was entirely enjoyable to watch. Nuff said! I'm a fan. Xxx
