There are 2 calves that I see in this video. The first one appearing on screen was newly born and wasn't attacked. The 2nd calf also appearing to be a new born was attacked and its mother didn't even defend it. The buffalo that attacked it should be exiled as dinner for lions. Pathetic!
I thought cape buffalo looked out and protected each other?

WTF?? What do you mean that you hope ' this ' doesn't happen again ' ?? What happened?? The baby Buffalo 🐃 was curious about the warthogs. He smelled them and ran away. He did that a couple of times. No big deal. Nobody was attacked. It's called curiosity and learning.
