Who is Ryan Swayt?
I was a 2 time college dropout working a $12 an hour job, with a family to support. I was desperate for a better future. Long story short, I found a better way. Remember guys it’s ok if it takes you much longer some people have more commitments than others and taking your time is ok
You're absolutely right. I've helped students earn Bachelor's Degrees as fast as 3 months... but also as slow as 18 months. And Master's I've seen anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. It just depends on the person.
But please people... hack the degree! It's so much faster. Shoot me an email if you need guidance... (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Thanks for sharing. I know all the Universities you have mentioned except University of Massachusetts Global. I liked this video and just subscribed to your channel. I need help with masters in Psychology to test out or to finish faster. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Definitely interested in the fastest MBA possible. Great video!
Thank you! Feel free to reach out if you need help mapping out a strategy. (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
My neighbor earned his MSML from WGU in 28 days! It can be done
That's impressive, your neighbor sounds very smart!
I’m interested in this Mr. Marvin, how did he do it?
Martin, sorry for the typo.
Hi Martin, i would to know and connect with your neighbor ?
WGU will be offering a MS in Human Resources in the next couple months. I believe you can enroll starting August 1
I'm looking at a Master's in Education from WGU. From what I've read it looks like it boils down to a series of papers you have to submit, and pass. Is there a way to test out of these?
These are my people my attention span need this (:
Right?!
Thanks, Ryan, for the helpful video! Any suggestions on how to combine 32 accredited master's level credits and some professional certifications into a master's degree the easiest way? All the schools I have been researching only accept a small fraction of credits earned. Thoughts?
My pleasure! Will you shoot me an email with a little more info on what you're trying to accomplish and what degree you're trying to get? I'm happy to give suggestions... (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Hey Ryan! Just watched this - looking for a fast Human Resource Management degree. I've spent 20 years in the social work field and have spent the last year doing HR for a small non-profit business and I love it. I see WGU (my top pick of schools in general) doesn't have this but has the MBA. Thoughts?
WGU is a great choice. Plus your experience should make testing out of classes easier too. They do have a bachelor's program in HR... here's the link: www.wgu.edu/online-business-degrees/human-resources-bachelors-program.html
This path will take most people 2 - 3 years... which is better than 4. But there's a good chance I can help you get there in more like 6 - 12 months.
Feel free to shoot me an email and tell me more about your situation. I'm happy to give advice... (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
ive done my degree in school of business and trade and now i am 90% progress to get my bachelor of arts social science. and i think ive done it around near to 3 months now...
which university is best for me on education MA as fast as possible and easy as well?
Hey man, I like your videos. I've watched a lot of them. I saw you have a blueprint course as well. How can I buy that? Also I am not American can I even enroll in American Universities?
Yep, there are Universities here in the US that accept International Students so you can likely do this. Shoot me an email (ryan@9monthgrad.com) and let me know a little more about your situation. I'm happy to answer any questions and help you see if my program is a good fit.
In which IT topic can one earn a Master's without a prior Bachelor's degree?
Hi Ryan - I just enrolled in Purdue. By the sounds of it, I can’t test out of a class? Does this sound right?
Purdue University Global has self paced programs called "ExcelTrack"... So you'll need to make sure you're enrolled in the right program. Their other programs are traditional.
What is your opinion about University of Maine at Presque Isle since they offer all the degree hacking and are regionally accredited but do they have less of a name ? Would love your opinion
As far as their Education and their programs go... I really like UMPI. The only problem is most employers haven't heard of them. So it could potentially be an issue with some employers. But the program is solid.
@@9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671 would it be an issue for grad schools ? Since that's my plan
@@ReviewsWorld Yeah I’m interested in an MBA I’m a check this Maine school or it’s gone be WGU. Let me know if you find out which one is faster
This will probably sound ridiculous but to get a juris doctorate you have to have a bachelor’s degree but I can seem to find a university were you can earn both so would i have to first enroll in say Perdue get my bachelor’s in criminal justice then find a school that has a competency based juris doctorate or am i looking foe a unicorn?
This is definitely possible. But you need to make sure you map everything out correctly before you dive in. You don't want to go get a Bachelor's Degree that doesn't end up getting you into the PhD program.
Shoot me an email and I'll see if I can help you find a path. I'll definitely have some more questions for you... (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Any advice on quick theological degrees MA/MDivs, thanks.
I'm not sure, but i did find "Kingdom Christian University" which has self-paced/accelerated degrees up to a doctorate in theology. The prices are kind of high but given the condensed material for the amount of time, comparatively, i guess it's not bad. Good luck, wish i had more time to look. Look around on youtube and google though, you might be able to find more. I know Liberty University has a lot of religious studies majors. It's a beautiful campus, i went years back by accident just because i saw the hill on a visit to another and wanted to check it out. I'm not sure if it's that same one that the online libery uni is though. The one i mean is based in Lynchburg.
Here are some places that offer tuition-free learning that have theology majors as options/are Christian with religious studies. They're not accelerated.

QUESTION: What happens if you cram, but dont pass the exam?--Do most programs allow retakes, or are you basically paying to take the exam each time?
Excellent question... Most people are afraid to fail exams, but as long as the school allows for retakes... failing isn't a big deal at all. In fact, I'd rather fail a few and retake them, then over study for all of my exams out of fear of failure. The retake policy depends on the school. Every school is different. But the schools that do allow retakes normally don't charge too much for it. Sometimes it's like 1 to 2 retakes for free for each class... Then a small fee for anything more than that.
Ryan I'm in South Africa I would like to do Masters degree pls explain more .pls pls
Hi , needed to know if I can get these degree’s checked by WES and get credits?
There are a bunch of schools that allow you to do this, so as long as you choose a WES approved school, you'll be good to go.
Ryan, I know that you went through WGA for your degree. Did you do a master's through them as well? Would these 3 months also include the Capstone project if one went through WGA?
Great question... for your Capstone you'll need to be clear with your "student mentor" what your graduation goals are. Let them know that you'd like to work on your capstone along side some of your courses, that way you aren't starting your capstone after you finish your classes. WGU's capstone is designed to take about 12 weeks, but I've seen people do it in a few weeks. So if it takes 12 weeks, you'll need to start working on it pretty early in the program.
Is this only available in the USA? Or is it available internationally, like the Philippines? Thanks in advance for your response.
Here's a video where I walk through the process for International Students... ua-cam.com/video/8nT_2rR5Tls/v-deo.html
Brother ... I need Calculus 2 and 3, Physics 2, Physical Chemistry 1 and 2, that is going to take me 2 good years because they are prerequisite of each other ... only after that I can get my master's degree in Applied Environmental Geoscience ... it is 4 years and there is no way around ... I realize that I cannot afford to stop working 4 years ... I want to do it but it looks like I will only have a bachelor's degree...
Huge bummer. Some paths can't be accelerated.
Find a school or community college that has year round classes. Preferably online or evenings. You should be able to do math and physics in a year. I took calc 1 at one school, and calc2 at another. You can always mix and match to meet degree requirements through transfer credits.
I want to get my BS in health care management in 6months please help me. Thanks
Healthcare management majors are very easy to accelerate. Shoot me an email (ryan@9monthgrad.com). I'm happy help! I do free consultations where I can help you map out a game plan.
does it matter what your previous degrees were on to an IT Masters?
Completely depends on the school. Some schools are really lax with that kind of stuff, others are really strict. I'd call a few schools and see what they say.
Ryan, how do I book a call with you? Thank you.
Shoot me an email and I'll get you my booking link (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
I am 61 years old, I have a bachelor's degree, and I have worked in mental health casemangment, and other social work areas for 30 years. I don't need an MSW, but I think a Masters could help me apply to direct a non-profit program that assists people with disabilities. Can you recommend a competency management type masters 12 months or less?
My favorite school for accelerated Master's Degrees is Western Governor's University. They have excellent programs, and they're all self paced.
Most of their students will finish between 18-24 months, but with the right strategies they allow you to go a lot faster.
If you're serious about speed, feel free to reach out and I'll see if I can help. (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Whatever you choose, ensure its CSWE accredited or you won't be able to sit for your credentialing exams.
I'm about to turn 60. When I was in my twenties teacher gave me C- in course because I was too anxious to speak in class, so that was failing in grad school & I never finished. Is it too late for me, and how much is the cost at WGU? Thank you!
@@9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671WGU doesn’t have social work
Hi. Let's say, I have over 15 years in business and accounting and could dedicate 30 hours weekly for this project. Could I finish bachelors and masters in one term? Thank You!
It's totally possible, but depends on the person. I've helped students go as fast as 120 credits in 3 months. If you're serious about this, shoot me an email and I'll see if I can help you break the 1 term mark... (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Hey do you have any suggestions for a master's degree fast-paced journalism and communications
Hmm.. that's a tough one. I don't know of any exact matches for Master's. But if you're flexible I'm happy to help you find something. Shoot me an email (ryan@9monthgrad.com)
Hey I think I may have found an option would you check it out and tell me what you think with Queen's University in Charlotte North Carolina
@@sakeenaowens1171 I don't see any fully Competency Based programs there. I also can't seem to find any proof of Regional Accreditation. If I'm wrong here, please reply with a link to anything you see.
How do you learn the subject matter with out using their resources?
Great question! I teach my systems and processes for this all the time... I teach all of that inside my program. Here's a look: www.DegreeHackingAcademy.com
How do you find out what is on the test to test out?
I have a number of strategies that I use to find out what's going to be on the exams. It depends on what type of class it is, and how the school is structured. I teach students how to do this all the time in my "Degree Hacking Academy" program. You can check it out here: www.DegreeHackingAcademy.com
Thank you I’m older to I will need help I hate school I love the people but I away fall a slow lol I’m Hanson person

It's never too early. There's actually an online high school that allows you to test out of all your classes. It's called "Penn Foster High School". One of my adult students just finished high school in about 2 months.
After I get my BA in Business Administration - Management, I want to get my MBA. 😄
Any experience with visual arts for a Masters?
Unfortunately, I don't know of any Hackable visual arts degrees.
I would really like to message you pick your brain.
Here is m deal. I went to college twice before. Did not earn enough credits to care about chasing. This was about 30 years ago. Served in the Navy. I have 4 kids in high school and now the talk about college has come up. I have built a very successful business so, I have plenty of time now and, I want to lead by example. I looked into the UMass Global Masters program you discussed and, thinking about pulling the trigger on that. However, I am hoping you can point the finger in the right direction so I can start studding now everything I need to take advantage of the time. I want to test through it as soon as I can and as fast as I can. I want to take full advantage. I was hoping you had some information. Thank you.
Shoot me an email (ryan@9monthgrad.com) and I'll be happy to help you map out the fastest path possible.
