Copex shear action and other stuff

- It’s been a while since my last upload for all sorts of reasons, the weather doesn’t make it easy to film the action when I’m also operating the shear and feeding it. Also, when material arrives I need it through the shear and out of way quickly which leaves no time for filming. Anyway, this is a real mix of things from the last few weeks, a bit lacking in continuity but I guess that some of you guys will like it. Extra Information, having just looked through the video myself ( I filmed some of it weeks ago) I'll explain a couple of things. When we press and shear the orange skip with our name on it I zoom in on the date it was manufactured - 1984 ! that skip was forty years old, it would have repaired really, the driver had just tipped it and the tipping bar ripped out, anyway, impetuous me, I sheared it ;-). in a couple of clips we're shearing extruded aluminium. In another clip our John is tipping a ten tonne SG skull, two foot thick in the middle, this type of metal isn’t made to break easily-and it didn’t. It was an absolute bastard, I’ve never hit anything so many times and from maximum height…but it broke eventually, I managed to get into about six or seven pieces. I had to place barriers around it so that I didn’t pebble dash everything around me-including me. It didn’t help that we had torrential rain for most of the day and previous night, unfortunately I didn't have time to film it.

I could watch this all day
Nice to see this well oiled company with great kept machines. Don't be shy, post more videos pls. Have a great weekend 😊
Perfect very perfect Thank you very much
*How does this channel not have thousands of subs?*
Must be boring......🤣😂

Hi guys, thanks for the comments, I've added to the description, having watched the video last night I decided to adda bit more info, it'll answer some of your questions...even the ones you haven't asked 😉
Hi Mark, are you OK or just to busy? I miss a regular new video 😊
I'm slowly putting one together but it's difficult to film and drive the Sennebogen while operating the shear and all in absolutelty appalling weather. At the top of this hill we have gale force wind and heavy rain endlessly. @@RogowskiBubba0864
@@markschofield9494 thx for answering. Maybe 1 or 2 fixed camera's could do the job too? Just an idea, have a nice day.
Mark, your videos are always worth the wait! Was that blob thing, slag?
Hi Paula, I've added info to the description
Absolutely spot on, cracking video.
