My uncle Luke when he was still with us in the late 70's would buy calves at Harris Ranch. I myself have been on this ranch many times and I can tell you first hand Harris meats feed the cows ground cardboard mixed with their own waste, I've seen it with my own eyes many times. I will not purchase Harris meats and after watching this I can still smell the stench.
_____________I know Carl Smith....He has a small steak house a mile down the road from Harris Ranch. I land my airplane at Harris every time I fly by....you get a discount if you have a pilots license (apparently you eat free if your a cop too). Best tasting prime rib I've ever had...ever. Truth is...Harris does have a feed yard just for specific cattle that is only served at their restaurant/resort. Carl's just being a douche bag. Doesn't cost him anything to throw Harris Ranch under the bus on UA-cam. But out & out lying is just cowardly. I hate to think there are people like that, who just make up stuff and post it for you'all to read. Even a cow won't eat cardboard mixed their own crap... although I know of a cow who ate a big'ol piece of plastic with butter all over it.....had to pull it out of'm. Now...Go back to run'in your own restaurant Carl before I start lying about you.
She probably just wears the long sleeves for protection from the sun. All the other gear is standard issue equipment. Also, it looks like it was pretty baggy on her. I wear a lot of that stuff myself down here in San Bernardino county.
That meat looked funky. Why did the Harris people assume you guys were out filming something negative and not about how 'great' they run their business? ... hmmm.
"The video footage was "tinted" to reduce the bright red color of the fresh cut meat." This is false. There was absolutely no color adjustment to the footage.
I'm not from US, but from E-EU and our organically grown beef looks like that a few hours after it's been cut. In the supermarkets however, imported meats on always look red, even after a week, due to atmospheric packaging with carbon monoxide that doesn't let the meat "oxidize" and turn grey. At least the greedy company doesn't package all of its meats the dirty way, props for that, no so much for the conditions in which the cattle live.
@Jay Sebring The average citizen doesn't have much contact with the police. In a 2015 survey only 10.8% of the population was in contact with the police that was initiated by the police. 10.7% of the population has contacted the police in a situation where they initiated contact. White people are a few percent more likely to have contact with the police than other races. Police were more likely to initiate contact with males, females were more likely to initiate contact with police than males. When police initiated the contact, blacks (5.2%) and Hispanics (5.1%) were more likely to experience the threat or use of physical force than whites (2.4%), and males (4.4%) were more likely to experience the threat or use of physical force than females (1.8%). That having been said old school police were a whole different type when compared to these younger officers. The older crowd understood that their livelihood was directly linked to the citizens they were in contact with. Without the citizens and the revenue those citizens generate there simply isn't any money to pay law enforcement. That's an important thing to remember when you pull over a father in a 20 year old vehicle just doing his best to put his kids through school because he paid most likely paid for a portion of everything the officer pulling him over uses on a day to day. In my case I've had so much trouble with corruption that I bought dash cams and I have a lawyer on standby, I've literally shown an officer the statute showing that I was operating within the law and was written up anyway. Once you've established that you were not breaking the law writing a citation is breaking the law, their hope is that you'll simply have to pay the fine and that you won't be able to fight for what's right. When I was young I simply paid the fine so I didn't miss work but then I started to think about the example I was setting for my kids and the precedent that was being set.
I would sent a copy of this video directly to the Commissioner of the CHP and request an inquiry as to why you were harassed. As an retiree from the CHP, Internal Affairs would jump all over this, as the media might. They'll do anything to keep their star polished.
Wouldn't matter much, I'm afraid. CHP is well known for being as corrupt as they come. They attack people for filming their officers and facilities from public sidewalks very frequently, and when the cameras are returned, most of the evidence has mysteriously vanished. Don't trust the system, it was made to keep you down and the government officials in power.
@@x91s55 Police will not do much besides write a report. Whether it be murder or theft police with be 2.5 minutes away which is alot longer than it takes for the average violent crime.
They lose it because a force that normally assembles for a confirmed drug bust or fugitive caught in a house is called out for people flying a drone on public property.
When he shook hands with one asshole but not the other asshole. Its called favoritism.... I don't agree with shark in many aspects. I eat food. But some Mcdondalds ranchs are toxic. LIke Narccisistic police, TOXIC
the part the CHP officer kept saying he wasnt here yesterday, the point was the cowboy pickups drivers were there yesterday and knew no one did anything wrong, its misuse of both police in the field and calling communications (as in maybe not 911 but the call center) no one is saying they called 911, if they did these pricks are more cowards then i thought. When the police left the day before this company knew the activists/filmers were in the right. and because of that the police were wrong to be called and wrong to re show up, and then again for no reason the rights of the filmers were violated.
Her getup is typical of female cops who want to project "machoism" in a field not only dominated by men but also a field that sees women as the weak link. Female cops have been doing this for years, including some who go the butch route with the manly haircuts and their language use. They want to be looked at as "one of the boys" so they overcompensate in every way. The really attractive ones end up in positions where they don't have to pull that crap.
It would be funny, but it's also really sad to see these cops who swore to uphold the constitution be bought and paid for. Then they wonder why we the public think they don't give a fuck. They can't even uphold their oath.
ya doesn't seem like nothings going to change ,Europe sounds like a good place to live, free college, limited government and free Healthcare plus 8 weeks paid vacation?? and we're the greatest Country in the world?
The only one that didn't look pregnant was the sarge that showed up the first day that was totally cool. But hey man...Animal shit stinks!!! Eating animals is a choice. Not sure what's so fascinating and important about filming that huge shit hole?! So What???
Not only did they want to know who you were, but as a retired police officer I am here to tell you they wanted to check you for warrants hoping to find one or two.
As a former LEO I am here to add to what you are telling everyone is that the officers also could have verified easily and quickly with dispatch about the officers being there the previous day, who the complainant was, who the suspect(s) were, and the outcome of the call. Dispatch also would have known ALL responding officers/units that responded the previous day, even how many calls have been placed by the complainant in the past.
Call the dispatcher, register a complaint. Tell them.everything is being filmed and being turned over to your legal firm. You need a field officer on site immediately. Tell them.you are DELIBERATELY looking to sue them and they are going put of their way to make an open and shut case. Thank them. You were too nice providing I.D.
See. This dislikes on these videos are what worry me. These cops are being exposed, as they should be, and people are disagreeing with it and defending them. Defending injustice.
A great documentary showing the deplorable conditions of the Harris Feeding Company and outlining how the Harris Feeding Company also owns the California Highway Patrol and the local Sheriff's office. I think all those law enforcement officials and their supervisors should be embarrassed by this video and the degree to which it made them all look stupid!!!
I've never broken a law! Havem't even had a ticket in twenty something years! You don't even need a B.A. to become a cop around here. Did you just watch the same video I did here? These guys either don't know the law or they don't care what the law is. Not the brightest nor the best in this video. Other than the sgt who set everyone straight there but the others obviously didn't know or care what their job was. Not sure how you can draw any other opinion after watching this.
I'm a cop. 19 years on in Chicago. One thing I hate is when my colleagues do what these guys did. Standing around with their thumbs up their asses while nothing is going on; no crime committed. By all means investigate and move on. This is one of my pet peeves about cops in general including my own department.
One this this video doesn't state (many other SHARK videos have) is that SHARK is not opposed to the police per se. There are bad people out there, and accidents, and other issues for which a police force is the best answer. Unfortunately, the behavior depicted on this video makes life harder not only for citizens, but also good cops. We feel for them, and hope that a way is found to push the bad ones out like an obnoxious sliver in society.
Police intimidation ! Even if your doing some thing legal, they stand around cocky, flashing their uniform, asking for ID , calling in more cops, who do the same over again etc... intimidation! They protecting these big businesses 100%, because they pay big money in taxes for the state.Last thing they want is some negative news about the company in the media , which can hurt profits.Lately, these animal factory farming are targets for environmentalist, big time!
Hats off to you guys for staying calm and respectful. You're definitely doing it right. With that behavior you really don't give the police any reason to harass you. When working in this manner in shines an even greater light on unusual or inappropriate behavior by those in power. Well done.
SB C: Don't let anyone step on your rights. If you are following the law, stand firm. Always have a camera/bodycam recording what is going on around you, and what is said back and forth, but then do what is legal and right. Just make certain there is a record of everything that happens, and fly legally.
Wow I'm 2 minute in, and already counted several idiotic things: 1. You were expecting cattle to smell good? Seriously have you ever been close to a cow? 2. You make a big deal about the cop shaking hands with the Harris guy. The Harris guy stuck out his hand. Did you? How does a cop being polite enough to shake hands mean they have "pull in Fresno county"? 3. "The officer told us we were on private property." Um, this is an out-and-out lie. He told you that you were on State property. He flat-out told you that the complaint about you being on private property "may or may not be true". How do you expect people to take animal rights activists seriously if they mischaracterize and lie like this?
On #2... no kidding! People don't act friendly then wonder why they're not being treated as friendly. I know none of the cops in my local area but I always offer a handshake. Not been denied one yet, and I can assure anyone I have no pull whatsoever.
I didn't have to scroll too far down to see someone post the exact things I was seeing and hearing from the officer. To add to it, he said it was a waterway which in addition to other locations like high-voltage power lines or transformer substations, public utilities, etc., most locales do in fact grant no permission to the public to be in these zones. It's also correct that the FAA doesn't say these drones are in violation as some are pointing out, but personal drones are such a new thing that legislation hasn't had the time to move through yet; laws are coming and pilot licenses are the beginning. To add to that, there are numerous court cases popping up where owners of said private property have either shot down or had a drone crash on their property and the decisions are so far unanimously granting legal right-of way to the land owner of whatever invades their air space. The catch in the legal field is that air-space is attached to the land property but in some silly cases, the two can have separate owners but there's an owner one way or another. Time to move on to seeing someone fight for their cause without bending non-fiction to their will.
Did you not read the fucking quotes of people who have experience on cattle ranches? The point was it was exceptionally bad* --what part of that is confusing
For sure....any business owner who has integrity should love the publicity. Im not anti farmer and I do eat meat....It's clear they are using intimidation/harassment tactics. SAD!
Public easement not government owned easement. We own it. You NEVER shouldve given your ID. There are no drone laws at the moment. As you were not committing a crime you were not required to identify yourself.
Anon Ymous you are incorrect. California is NOT a Stop and ID state. So unless you are under arrest you do not have to provide any ID. But identification is required if you are driving a vehicle.
We agree. Some people think SHARK is anti-cop, but that is absolutely not true. When we focus on an issue, the last thing we want is for police or anyone else to get between us and whatever we are focusing on. If they do, we have to include them in the results, but it is not what we want. We, like the rest of the country, want good, trustworthy, competent individuals who enforce the law - period. No sellouts, no egos, no incompetents. We just want good cops.
Pretty sure you have to identify yourself WHENEVER a law enforcement officer asks you! Otherwise they may detain you until they can identify you. It's up to you, You want a ride in the police car that bad!?
It saddens me that I, a UK citizen, know more about your rights than you do. HNTR KLLR was right but left out the suspiscion of commiting a crime clause. Yet, even in this case, they have to be able to articulate what that suspiscion is. It's good to be helpful and polite, & that applies to the police too. They should never use the question of ID as a power-play, but only in the performance of their duties. You should take a look at some of those classic war time dramas. The bad guys are always in uniform & demand to see your papers. A lot of blood has been spilled in a lot of mud so that people like you can retain the "right to remain silent" under any circumstances, & be free enough to be ignorant of your rights & not be busted for that either. Think about it, read some books & know what you are talking about before making pronouncesments for all the world to see.
@Gary Bullwinkle You are wrong. Can you cite a single source to back up this claim where you are "pretty sure"? How about a single relevant law? Just one.
If you noticed EVERYONE @ the ranch, happily & RESPECTFULLY showed their I.D. & they ALL got to sleep in their own beds that night! Hmmmmm, I wonder what would have happened had anyone refused & got all mouthy with the police? Being a non-compliant ass, gets you thrown in jail.
Just call them, say your last name is Harris, and that they should dispatch the whole police department, because multiple drones are flying around the feeding farm. Then you are good to go.
Obviously, Harris has family ties, and generates a lot of income into the district. They can't have anyone snooping around incriminating, or placing their business under scrutiny can they... If they are concerned of people snooping around, it's because they have reason to be. Police should not waste recources on matters that are lawful. I see corruption written all over the lot of them... Queenslander.
I just did some research on this looking for citations or fines and anything of the sort. I didn't find anything. This is all on the up and up and in the wide open not tucked back in some secret hideaway. I don't have speakers here on my office computer but what I did find was for 8-10 months they are grazed on pasture grasses then brought here for their last 4 months of being fed GMO corn and then they are slaughtered on this property.
They werent on their property. Did you not watch the video? That fact was proven twice. Once per day. But thanks for siding with the big money thats wasting cops time and taxpayer dollars. Pleb life is pretty hard huh dipshit? And thanks for bringing up the issue of 'millions of starving kids in the world'. Does this 'ranch' even donate food AT ALL? LOL?
Well you are an obnoxious creep, aren't you? "Their drone is trespassing." No, it's not, as is evidenced by the fact that in spite of two days of cops going over the issue with a fine-toothed comb, there were no citations of any kind. That would be obvious to anyone of even average intelligence...
OSP Execute 66 they werent trespassing. If they were the cops would have kicked them out the first day, OR the second day. AND above means above. Not to the side. Nice try though. Maybe consult a dictionary before you act like a twat. The cops wasted their own time by being there. How many cops does it actually take to deal with nonviolent people flying a fucking helicopter? LOL CALL IN THE SQUAD GUYS, WE GOT NOTHING BETTER TO DO! Youre a joke man. Its okay though, you arent the only one. Im sure theres many many plebs just like you at your place of work! Do they pay you well over at slice-a-cow? Lmaooo If they were trespassing, or breaking laws, the cops would have stopped them; which they didnt. Proving you wrong LITERALLY TWICE. ONCE PER DAY! NICE TRY THO! Btw HOW MAD? LOL
OSP Execute 66 You didnt watch the video. You said they were tresspassing, which they would have been kicked out for. They werent kicked out either day, proving you wrong. Not going to read the rest of your LOLMAD.txt But stay mad buddy :D :D :D
My first experience with this feed lot was on vacation when I was 10. And in my younger military days I'd "cannonball" between San Diego and Portland. Always dreading that particular stretch. It wasn't until several years ago that I actually paid attention to the immense sea of putridness. And during that particular trip I also noticed another big feed lot somewhere near the I-5/99 split. But aside from that..interesting confrontation and I'm glad the drones won the day.
effonefiddy productions Yay! I'll eat all the local free-range grazed 4-H entry quality steaks, you'll can eat all these corporate feedlot Burger King quality steaks! Everybody's happy!
Iggy Tubmen I think the officers were very professional, they are complaining cause they didn't shake hands, I know this place is by the 5 and the 145, the smell is very strong
We all know private property has a boundary, width x length but what is the height of the boundary. There must be a limit, we don't own all the Z axis above our property or we could all sue airline companies for trespassing?
its funny why doesn't the FBI and IRS investigate the miss use of taxpayer funds for having 7 police wasting time when one patrol and the Sargent could have handled this? lol
Steve, I appreciate what you guys do. As someone who will invoke all rights at all times, I have to ask. Why is everyone in the SHARK crew handing over their ID's when a stupid cop merely asks? You can confirm with your attorney, but the only time you need to present ID is when you've been LAWFULLY detained or arrested.
There wasn't any reason not to in the circumstance. If they didnt provide ID the situation would have escalated tremendously. They shouldn't have to be diplomatic with the cops, but they do.
+Blazing Nipples which is maddening in itself. But you're totally correct. These Smurfs can't let sleeping dogs lie, they push every button they can to try and create an unstable environment. Glad to see SHARK doesn't give them anything to nibble on.
That's actually not true - the only way the police can legally obtain your identification from you is if they suspect you of committing a crime. It would have caused a headache, but it would have probably pushed them into something you could sue the department for and shed light on the corruption.
Analog JAC A cop can arrest anyone for anything. The 4th amendment takes precedence over obstruction of an investigation- so if they do not have reasonable ARTICULABLE suspicion, they are open to a civil rights lawsuit.
Connie Grosser Believe it or not they call it a cattle ranch. What’s really interesting is if you look at the satellite images of that area there are hundreds of thousands of acres of open land where those cattle could be roaming and happy.
Yeah the cops on here pretty fucking stupid. I guess they were killing time till they get call to kill or arrest a suspicious looking (black) person who just was walking on the sidewalk in a white suburb.
This drives me nuts. As long as you take off from public land and land on public land you can fly where ever you want. No one owns the air space. Period. You can fly right over that place and there's nothing they can do.
Agreed. Where was the "lose it" part? Looks like you guys lost it more than the cops did. Clearly a tactic to get hits on this you tube video. NOW who are the sleezy ones? What a waste of my time.
I can safely say that watching quit a few of these videos of police in the USA, that the majority of the policemen and policewoman wld never make it to the police academy in Europe. The don’t fully understand what the slogan to protect and serve means or who to protect and serve.
Cops are supposed to be neutral and the cop is pointing a camera at you as if he got offended by you being there? Wtf? If you want cameras, why don't you advocate for mandatory body cams?
Hi Steve, I have to confess, I have never been all that big on animal rights, though I do deplore cruelty of any kind. Having seen 1 or 2 of your previous vids, I have to say, I admire what you are doing. Does that drone camera have zoom lenses? Those guys are (& I would bet real money on this) hiding something that they don't want the public to know. Sure, they wanted to make a point & demonstrate their power (probably not comprehending that fact that they are only evidencing their own & the Fresno County Sheriff's Department's corruption) but, consider that remark which you pointed out in this video, made by the guy who called the goons out; "This is state property." He must have hoped that these deputies, had juristiction, & could tell you to leave, legally. He was anxious & angry, as were his colleagues (look closely at their body language) & they were willing to put a great deal of their own & others time & resources into getting you out of there. I trained in psychotherapy & worked with some difficult law breakers in my time - a long time ago - but there are some things you don't forget. In my humble opinion, those guys have got "guilty" written all over them. It's hard to believe that this type of thing is still going on in a modern democracy; undermining all that our people have sacrificed so much for, at home & over seas in the very homeland of democracy; Something which, as an Englishman, I am truely grateful for & respectful of. I will pray for God's protection over you & yours. What you are doing goes to the heart of democratic principles. Once you can buy a cop, your country has sold you out. Good luck, Ash
Thanks for your kind words. Yes, the drone camera has a zoom lens. We limited our video mainly to the police because we were filming for another organization. For now we will leave the closer footage for their use on their particular project.
Thanks for letting me know. I look forward to the follow up. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that you and your colleagues have targets painted on your backs. There is clearly money changing hands among those vested interests. Be careful. Be safe. Be with winesses when ever you can.
No matter what good you claim you are trying to do, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BREAK ANY LAWS! YOU CRIMINALS NEED TO OBEY THEY LAWS THAT PROTECT PEOPLE FROM YOU!
+J whome Looked like they were harassing these people. They were clearly on state property. One of the ones who summoned the authorities said "This is state property". And they still kept trying to find something to use to get them out of there.
Yes, because snowflakes like them and you can't distinguish what a processing plant should look like. What do you want snowflake, wide screen TV's, shag carpeting, lazy boy recliners so the cattle will feel at home? LOL... Snowflakes always looking for trouble where trouble doesn't exist...
Forget about the cow for now. Buy a drone. Go fly it over somewhere you have the right to fly it. Then get 7 polices to stop you and after one hour telling you that you have the right to dot it, but Police come back again the next, and the next... Why do police come all the time if it is legal to fly a drone over state property ? That is the part I dont like. When Police does not respect the law.
Because law enforcement is trying to protect a local business from terrible interpretation of snowflakes that don't comprehend a processing plant or feedlot should look like. If you think about all the revenue that the Harris Ranch brings into the local economy and jobs, you can see why the cops are trying to protect the business. But you are right, the cops were out of line, but at the same time Shark people are uneducated A-holes screaming fire where there is no fire.
Being a flyer of both air planes and copters (for 30 years) I have been through this more times than I care to remember. I was threatened with arrest even though I had a letter in my possession saying I had permission to be there. I must admit the cops were very professional and polite. Turns out the person who really had the problem with us was a home owner near our field. Anyway the owner of the land eventually told us we had to leave as people were telling him they would sue him should one of our planes crash on his land and damage something. Welcome to the police state in which we now live.
Depends on the situation here. Were you flying beyond the field, over neighborhoods, their houses, cars, etc....? Yeah, I wouldn't appreciate that shit either. A lot of RC stuff is also loud and obnoxious, especially the equipment going back as far as you've been in the hobby. Helicopters are especially noisy. I wouldn't want to listen to that shit all day either and I enjoy the hobby.
There are actually laws in most states which address this.Noise laws disturbing the peace. And do they have AMA insurance? Most don't. I enjoy the hobby too but I have obtained permission to fly in a incomplete housing development. Yes I am liable for any damages to partially built homes.
MotoAtheist And no we made sure to keep our aircraft over our field. About 2 miles away was a subdivision. And 1 person complained. Result we all got kicked out. Pretty soon you won't be able to grill out because some whiner your grill smoke causes cancer. It's coming just watch.
MotoAtheist Yes I suppose the land owner needed to grow a set. I just saw it as another step to our rights being taken away by tyrants. It just seems some people don't want us to do anything but live the same boring life they do. In our area it is getting harder and harder to find a place to fly. And of course it only takes one moron to ruin it for everyone. Happy flying and please fly safe God knows we have enough of the arm chair police out to ground us.
David Smith There is no doubt in my mind that RC flying is going to be attacked big time at some point due to the ignorant idiots that fly drones and are always looking to push the boundaries of their "freedom". The laws simply haven't caught up and when they do, it's going to include anything that flies. These people go out and harass beach goers, they spy in back yards and windows because they can get away with it at the moment.
SHARK I was talking about the people making harsh comments about the smell of the feedlot as they drove past. I am on your side with respect to the unfair police harassment. So you can just go fuck off. Cops should have thrown you mangy asses in jail for trespassing.
+ryvr madduck "Cops should have thrown you mangy asses in jail for trespassing." That would have been good, as the SHARK team could then have sued the pants off the cops for wrongful arrest.
You ought to smell one of the Harris'. Or maybe not.
Carl Smith, thanks for letting us know!!
Wow
Thanks for letting us know that's crazy feeding cows cardboard and their own waste but this is common practice
That tacticool female cop. lol...
She probably just wears the long sleeves for protection from the sun. All the other gear is standard issue equipment. Also, it looks like it was pretty baggy on her. I wear a lot of that stuff myself down here in San Bernardino county.
lmao oh watch out we got a bad ass over here
K9 unit
Probably would ram her while in that tacticool gear.
you remind me of the guy in the "scary movie" fucking his girl in a foot ball suit cause he's gay…...
That meat looked funky. Why did the Harris people assume you guys were out filming something negative and not about how 'great' they run their business? ... hmmm.
The video footage was "tinted" to reduce the bright red color of the fresh cut meat. Nobody is being totally honest here!
"The video footage was "tinted" to reduce the bright red color of the fresh cut meat."
This is false. There was absolutely no color adjustment to the footage.
So why is the green trimming so vibrant and glowing around grey meat??? I'm absolutely SURE there was color adjustment to the footage.
You have the right to be "absolutely SURE there was color adjustment" - even though you are absolutely wrong.
I'm not from US, but from E-EU and our organically grown beef looks like that a few hours after it's been cut. Such a waste of taxpayer money. That department needs to be audited.
I’m a 73 year old white man and I’ve never ever had a good experience with the police. We really have a police problem in this country.
@Jay Sebring thanks for clearing that up for us oh wise one. say, how do those boots taste in your mouth?
@Jay Sebring The average citizen doesn't have much contact with the police.

You were FIRED from the CHP. You might be a little biased.
Drone is a crime and they should have been taken to jail and the drone confiscated.
I would suspect that they would need to be harassed first. Just saying.
These are the sort of Police that people want to defund.
And/or kill
@@tactision that kinda of a little to far lol
@Clint EastwoodenDoors I can't wait til a person robs you and you call the same "police" you want to kill.
@@x91s55 Police will not do much besides write a report. Whether it be murder or theft police with be 2.5 minutes away which is alot longer than it takes for the average violent crime.
great to see tax payers money being used efficiently
Since the cops had to leave after admitting you were right, send in a letter demanding the photos they took of you are destroyed.
she took pictures with her personal phone (illegal btw) they are actually required (if pictures taken) to use a specific camera for this use
I'll suggest a bet she had real balls before her sex altering and her name is Kaitlyn.
Is this a click-bait title, or did I miss the part when the cops "Lose it"?
While I agreee with the man. Yeah, I don't think the title is accurate.
***** you must be a cop sucker, Glad I aint got cop breath. aint you got some more cops to suck off elsewhere chubby funzy.
the part the CHP officer kept saying he wasnt here yesterday, the point was the cowboy pickups drivers were there yesterday and knew no one did anything wrong, its misuse of both police in the field and calling communications (as in maybe not 911 but the call center) no one is saying they called 911, if they did these pricks are more cowards then i thought. When the police left the day before this company knew the activists/filmers were in the right. and because of that the police were wrong to be called and wrong to re show up, and then again for no reason the rights of the filmers were violated.
That female cop was ridiculous!
***** That's right, her tacticool is over compensating.
***** Exactly.
she looked like a real dirtbag
It would be funny, but it's also really sad to see these cops who swore to uphold the constitution be bought and paid for. Then they wonder why we the public think they don't give a fuck. They can't even uphold their oath.
I got roofied at Harris restaurant and the food was still the worst thing to happen to me that night.
That lady cop looked ridiculous, she definitely believes there will be a zombie Apocalypse
Shes pathetic
Look like the cops were doing a LOT of feeding too ... a LOT of feeding!
ya doesn't seem like nothings going to change ,Europe sounds like a good place to live, free college, limited government and free Healthcare plus 8 weeks paid vacation?? and we're the greatest Country in the world?
Indeed. If they were paid by the pound that would be a massive bill.
hahaha
The only one that didn't look pregnant was the sarge that showed up the first day that was totally cool. But hey man...Animal shit stinks!!! Eating animals is a choice. Not sure what's so fascinating and important about filming that huge shit hole?! So What???
How many retarted California highway police does it take to figure out nothing?
I was on a date once. She started talking dirty and said "kiss me where it stinks" so i drove her to coalinga. 💩💨😂
They also seemed to want to harass and intimidate, for no good reason. I hope
someday, the Harris's have a reason to be arrested.
Don't give them your ID. They have no right to it.
Finally. A video clip i watched through to the end. Nice. Well posted.
The ONLY reason those cowards stopped the abuse is because you all IDd.
that cop thinks she's in a warzone.
Her gear is fit poorly too. I wonder what Margaret Mims thinks of this video.
She bought the gear on Ebay
all those Dislikes go to the cops!
See. This dislikes on these videos are what worry me. These cops are being exposed, as they should be, and people are disagreeing with it and defending them. Defending injustice.
No they didn't do anything wrong. They investigated. They left. They were CALLED there. The female cop cunt was a sloppy moron though.
It is a feed lot. Not Green Acres. So no, the cows are not there for a spa treatment.
It's scary when any corporation has such power to corrupt the police force.
Perhaps they didn't want you flying the drone over their meth lab...lol
Reggie Kanan lol, that's why I stay urban with it (burn Alot of incense... Lmao
It’s amazing how ignorant that female cop is on the law. She is incompetent and needs re-education.
S
She also needs a uniform that fits
Did that combat-police woman just get back from Afghanistan or something ?
***** True... why have you been sent to Iraq ? It was because of Saddam's mass destruction weapons I guess...
idk but that uniform was way too big
Daniel ilDanny no your just a fucking moron and don't understand what issued uniform is for swat units. It has a purpose.
Might have to nickname her Robo-Bitch!
So maybe you can explain us what the purpose of that uniform was, in this case
A great documentary showing the deplorable conditions of the Harris Feeding Company and outlining how the Harris Feeding Company also owns the California Highway Patrol and the local Sheriff's office. I think all those law enforcement officials and their supervisors should be embarrassed by this video and the degree to which it made them all look stupid!!!
They look like slaves to the Harris company, to save them from truth activists..
This was a great chronicling of the corruption there. Well done as usual Shark.
LOL the female cop all geared up to look tacticool...
I thought she was kinda hot. Pun intended.
+XRDanL She was pretty hot tho
Nice pun.
damselfiend lol yeah. And the gear looked brand new, some still had the crease on it. Prob the first time she had it on.
Guess she thought talking to these drone folks was a great chance to break in her tactical loadout XD
Law enforcement doesn't draw the best and brightest.
That's not true. The job is incredibly difficult.
What an ignorant comment.
I never said it was an easy job Myworst.. Try and keep up here.
"Should I go into medical school or become a local cop?"
"Should I tote a rifle and hunt terriorist in Afganistan or should I become a P.O.G. of an M.P. and guard a warehouse in Alabama?"
Still waiting to see any cop "lose it" in this video.
Well done.
i'v noticed that the fatter the pig the more likely they are to be corrupt
same for your mom
Talking about Hillary?
This is the type of stuff that scares people off from flying drones.
It scared me. Cops tries to arrest me for flying a mavic mini at a park which was listed as a class g airspace.
SB C: Don't let anyone step on your rights. If you are following the law, stand firm. Always have a camera/bodycam recording what is going on around you, and what is said back and forth, but then do what is legal and right. Just make certain there is a record of everything that happens, and fly legally.
Next time have your drone carry a dozen donuts down the highway and the cops will be drawn to them like a moth to light.
Next time you hear police saying they are under-staffed;REMEMBER THIS VIDEO.
Wow I'm 2 minute in, and already counted several idiotic things:
Sound from text? Interesting...
your comeback is 0/10 try again.
Yes, police should stay out till it's illegal.Until that point they are wasting time and tax payers money.
Did you not read the fucking quotes of people who have experience on cattle ranches? The point was it was exceptionally bad* --what part of that is confusing
You shouldn't ID absent a crime. Most police departments have policies against taken pictures of citizens absent a crime.
Wow, what a waste of time and tax dollars. Keep up the good work Shark!.
Wasting tax dollars is what democrat governed states do.
i beg to differ! That 500,000 dollar hammer and that 265,000 toilet seat where definitely needed! Lol
What a fucking joke. Of course it was the feeding company. They don't wanna show how horrible their company operates.
this is fucking ridiculous! this is what I pay my tax dollars towards and then I'm told universal healthcare is impossible? Go fuck yourself America!
For sure....any business owner who has integrity should love the publicity. Im not anti farmer and I do eat meat....It's clear they are using intimidation/harassment tactics. SAD!
Buy your own health care scumbag... Why should tax dollars buy it for you.
Moronic post 3.
Public easement not government owned easement. We own it.
You NEVER shouldve given your ID. There are no drone laws at the moment. As you were not committing a crime you were not required to identify yourself.
they are not allowed to ask for ID unless they were going to arrest or give ticket.
Not true
Anon Ymous you are incorrect. California is NOT a Stop and ID state. So unless you are under arrest you do not have to provide any ID. But identification is required if you are driving a vehicle.
Anon Ymous you don’t know what you talking about sheep
Harris should be sent a bill to recoup all that wasted tax money.
I live in Oklahoma we have the same problem here with law enforcement, just want to thank you for standing up.
As someone who supports Police as a whole, things like this really piss me off. It's this kind of corruption that gives the good ones a bad name.
So are you shooting down helicopters and FBI spy planes too ?
It's now 4 years later. Raise your hand if you think this kind of police behavior is under control now.
I'd bet money it's worse than before.
I'd bet you're right!
thank you for all your hard word and withstanding those harassments. thanks!
Fun facts; 1- animals shit, 2- shit stinks, 3- heat and humidity amplify smells
Stop giving cops your ID.
Pretty sure you have to identify yourself WHENEVER a law enforcement officer asks you! Otherwise they may detain you until they can identify you. It's up to you, You want a ride in the police car that bad!?
precisely
Oh, btw, my remarks were for Gary Bullwinkle. My apologies if that wasn't clear
@Gary Bullwinkle
You are wrong. Can you cite a single source to back up this claim where you are "pretty sure"? How about a single relevant law? Just one.
Funny how all those cops that turned up look well fed ? wonder who pays for their steaks?
I'm sure harris makes regular "donations" to all the local law enforcement's fundraisers.
I have driven by Harris ranch since 1972 and I always hold my breath
Just so you know, there is no reason to give your ID if you're on public property.
They have every right to provide ID if they are on public property.
No dear slave by law an officer must cite probable cause in order to demand your ID but whatever!
Soozi inCa No, they wouldn't have been thrown in jail, but the police would have told them to leave that's for sure.
Barskor1
They have every right to provide ID if they are on public property. Learn how to read, kid.
It's called dereliction and intimidation. These "officers" and ranchers should be arrested and prosecuted.
I've never been so hurt to see that vegans might be right.
I have flown over that. It's like a Nazi concentration camp for cows.
wow, gotta love where everyone's tax dollars are going
This is what tyranny looks like.
let me know the next time you get 6 or 7 cops there I'll call I'll plan my bank robbery around that
moo moo MO
deploying drone army next Thursday in Orville.
Just call them, say your last name is Harris, and that they should dispatch the whole police department, because multiple drones are flying around the feeding farm. Then you are good to go.
*****
no shit; don't stink
America the free am I right? In Norway you wouldn't even meet a policeman for being on public soil filming with a drone.
LegendMeadow right on
Thanks for bringing this out in the open an NOT backing down.
Should've just refused the ID altogether. No crime, no need to show ID.
OSP Execute 66
they werent trespassing.
Lmaooo
If they were trespassing, or breaking laws, the cops would have stopped them; which they didnt.
Not going to read the rest of your LOLMAD.txt
But stay mad buddy :D :D :D
Thank you for YOUR service.
These cops are probably on the payroll.
@Chaim Goldburger When seconds are critical, those police are minutes away, at Krispy Kreem.
Every steak you get from a supermarket has come from a feedlot just like that one.
if I ever see a Harris restaurant I'm going to go in and have a big ol steak thanks to you guys for the good advertisement.
I wouldn't, I guess you never drove past the yard.
What a dumbfuck
effonefiddy productions Yay! I'll eat all the local free-range grazed 4-H entry quality steaks, you'll can eat all these corporate feedlot Burger King quality steaks! Everybody's happy!
+Line of Sight What does driving past the yard have too do with the how the animals are treated or how the meat is? What a Non sequitur.
+ViralTuber i eat it all
I'm never buying another piece of Harris meat or eating at their restaurant again.
Now I can leave my original comment. People should beware of meat raised this way.
LOL...stand your ground and don't be intimidated!
Indeed my friend lol
Famous Last Words
Iggy Tubmen I think the officers were very professional, they are complaining cause they didn't shake hands, I know this place is by the 5 and the 145, the smell is very strong
The officers may have been professional but that doesn't change the fact that they are still in the pocket of rich.
Well I do not see that here, maybe they are friends but the police officers did what they are suppose to do
First time I saw that many cops and no donut shop in sight
They don't eat donuts, they eat shit right out of the ranchers hands
We all know private property has a boundary, width x length but what is the height of the boundary. There must be a limit, we don't own all the Z axis above our property or we could all sue airline companies for trespassing?
Seems to me that the Harris company must be a HUGE donor to the local PD
its funny why doesn't the FBI and IRS investigate the miss use of taxpayer funds for having 7 police wasting time when one patrol and the Sargent could have handled this?
+Blazing Nipples LOVE YOUR NAME! Why didn't I think of it?? 😆
That's actually not true - the only way the police can legally obtain your identification from you is if they suspect you of committing a crime. It would have caused a headache, but it would have probably pushed them into something you could sue the department for and shed light on the corruption.
Analog JAC
A cop can arrest anyone for anything. The 4th amendment takes precedence over obstruction of an investigation- so if they do not have reasonable ARTICULABLE suspicion, they are open to a civil rights lawsuit.
NOT a cattle ranch.... A FEEDLOT...totally different.
Connie Grosser Believe it or not they call it a cattle ranch. What’s really interesting is if you look at the satellite images of that area there are hundreds of thousands of acres of open land where those cattle could be roaming and happy.
The supervisor was unaware that all his subordinates were getting free beef.
And unaware that Harris was giving them handjobs.
Who can spot the most useless cop in the whole video? Hint: she's wearing a green flight suit.
She looks like someone with an identity crisis.
This has a name : corruption
MISLEADING TITLE
i didn't see the cops lose anything except an ounce or two of sweat standing in the sun
clearly they made a big deal out of fucking nothing.
how do they find out its nothing?
Yeah the cops on here pretty fucking stupid. I guess they were killing time till they get call to kill or arrest a suspicious looking (black) person who just was walking on the sidewalk in a white suburb.
Youre hallucinating
Obscene, moronic post 3.
Obviously Harris Ranch has some shit to hide. LMAO
This drives me nuts. As long as you take off from public land and land on public land you can fly where ever you want. No one owns the air space. Period. You can fly right over that place and there's nothing they can do.
Nine minutes and 23 seconds I will never get back, and at no point did any cop "lose it" over the drone they were flying.
Agreed. Where was the "lose it" part? Looks like you guys lost it more than the cops did. Clearly a tactic to get hits on this you tube video. NOW who are the sleezy ones? What a waste of my time.
Well, up to 6 police cars for a "drone problem" is pretty close to "losing it" to me...But I agree, the title is still clickbait though...
Female cop is dressed to battle citizens
But all she did was take pictures
9:00 That meat looks fucking disgusting
Sure, they wanted to make a point & demonstrate their power (probably not comprehending that fact that they are only evidencing their own & the Fresno County Sheriff's Department's corruption) but, consider that remark which you pointed out in this video, made by the guy who called the goons out; "This is state property."
He must have hoped that these deputies, had juristiction, & could tell you to leave, legally.
Be careful. Be safe. Be with winesses when ever you can.
in other words.........ya dont have nuttin. so you took pictures of cops doing their job professiionally
No matter what good you claim you are trying to do,
YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BREAK ANY LAWS!
All those cowards for nothing! Such disgusting humans.
I hope you go fly your drone every day until they realize that what they are doing is not right. They should be an inquiry about this police corps.
And after these nitwits made these harsh comments about the feedlot, they went to McDonald's.
Award for most silly and pointless post of the day.
SHARK I was talking about the people making harsh comments about the smell of the feedlot as they drove past. I am on your side with respect to the unfair police harassment. So you can just go fuck off. Cops should have thrown you mangy asses in jail for trespassing.
Thought you were talking about the SHARK team. My bad. BTW, they weren't trespassing.
SHARK As the teenagers say "whatever."
+ryvr madduck
"Cops should have thrown you mangy asses in jail for trespassing."
That would have been good, as the SHARK team could then have sued the pants off the cops for wrongful arrest.
The officers forgot one of their favorites lines " get your hands outta your pockets " 5:10
cops are protecting the money.
FOIA request all those photos and such.
I applaud you sir for your good deeds. The Harris family are now marked as less than trash.
