@@dmgproducts8188 Do you floss every single day? If not, you should start with that and an antibacterial rinse and brushing more gently. Recession is often caused by plaque and bacteria so floss daily. Even oil pulling with an antimicrobial oil will calm gums down and reverse recession.
Victoria thank you! I didn’t floss everyday but after being diagnosed. I floss twice a day every day now. I still need to pay for the deep cleaning but I wanna stop it completely cause I still have a lot of my gums. If I stay up to date from what I read, it should be fine and stopped before getting worse.
Just brush your teeth twice daily with a soft brush and make sure you brush your teeth gently, then you're good. Coconut oil and turmeric has helped me at the beginning to get rid of toothache and the inflammation. Good luck guys! :)
In all the years of going to the dentist never was I told you cannot grow your gums back if you brush too hard and the last time I went to the dentist he said that yellow right there isn't staining it's from brushing well still he didn't tell me that it won't heal itself until this visit I'm told the gum line doesn't heal on its own
i was always told to brush my gums and was also never told they wont grow back. fucking trash dentists who only want patients to come back paying more and more insane prices

El Cocaino fr I just got my braces off today and my ortho told me to be careful brushing my bottom row of teeth because my gum tissue is looking thin. He said it could result in a gum graft if I’m not careful and now I’m terrified😅

@@elcocaino8728 Wow, for 3 months? I gotta try this more consistently then, thank you! I use coconut oil & more antiseptic+antimicrobial mouthwash to treat it & it's helped but ultimately there's these pockets in my upper gum that shows up as purplish pink gums, and now I have braces. 😓 Gotta see what a dentist may suggest for this.
What about stem cells? I hear stem cells can be injected in the gums and that will regrow them back. Thoughts? Comments? Thank you for doing this video:)
Right? We definitely have the technology for quicker and less painful ways to get things done in dentistry. And yet...so many procedures like grafting are used still. Dentistry feels a little outdated compared to other medical fields.
