Everyone except for basil either has brown or black natural hair, all which are dark hair colors, and his being the only one thats light. He still has a purple outline like the rest of them, just his hair color differs in order to stay true to his character. It might also be a way to make him stand out from everyone else because hes the only other person that knows the truth about Mari’s death, and hence is a threat to Sunny’s peace of mind.
