Zamboni: Wash Water Transfer System

In this episode I introduce the Wash Water Transfer System Kit offer by Zamboni. It comes with a $500 price tag. The transfer kit allows one to increase the ice making capacity by dumping water from the wash water tank into the ice making tank. It also can be used to suck up excess water from the ice transferring the water into the ice making tank to be drained off ice.
I have it configured for another use but either way its a pretty cool idea. Perhaps it is time to change it over to the newer machine and get the rest of the plumbing. If we do not get the power brush I just may to that.

What’s the best way to get to the bottom of the wash water tank? Broken plastic connection to wash water hose.

I would try a grabber thing. Not sure what it's called but we have a few to pick up garbage out side. Hope you got long arms too!
