How to install your 3D printed iRobot Roomba 980, 981, 985, 986, 988 filter dustbin door

We as a family have decided to 3D print these filter doors as they are not readily available on the market.
The 980 series roombas (980, 981, 985, 986, 988) all have a dustbin which is slightly larger than the 960 series bins.
The red filter door can get broken either on the tab or the hinges and can cause vacuum errors as the filter isn’t pushed into place.
These replacement filter doors are no longer available on the market and the ones that are available are only for the 960 series doors (which are smaller) which don’t fit.
So we decided to 3D print these doors for those that need one. We have provided this video to guide you on how to easily install them. These doors takes us 6 hours to make. Time is taken to print them, remove the support structures with final touches including adding brand new foam. Each door is unique as they get customized markings from the removal of the support structures when 3D printing them.
