wonderful job, but with the small space, the home owner should have done a murphy bed. Would clear some space and look less cluttered.

I prefer a window above the kitchen sink. Better to have the bed in that windowless corner instead of the kitchen.
its always what the customer wants, plus there is a room on the other side of that wall so window cant go there! and customer wanted there layout this way!

Hey we are thinking of doing this. We live in a very expensive crowded city and the gaurge is small but would love a small kitchenette. How much did it cost for plumbing and sink hookup? Ours would be right next to an existing washer and dryer.

How much did the materials cost??
Materials cost around $42,000 homeowner bought all materials from Home Depot, because they got approved for the builders loan... could of been cheaper but homeowner wanted to use there credit from Home Depot... so it always depends on the customer and what they want to do... hope this helps!
